This place is a shit box. I brought my truck there because it was on my insurance companies list. It took them 3 months to sort of fix my truck and it had minimal damage. Then I had to wait three more months to get my fender flares put on. In the end they ordered the wrong ones and never fixed the issue. The entire time I would never receive a call back or any info whatsoever. They also pulled some shady shit with the fender flares. Christian was my point of contact and it was like dealing with an NPC.

Car has been back 4 times for bad work!!!!Adviser does not call you back.Runs in the paint, bumper not fitting correctly (big gaps).parts not ordered when they said or forgot to order.

If I could rate less than one star than I would. Just go simply look at the Yelp reviews of this place. They’ve had my car for over 4 months for a front end collision. Gave me 5 different pick up dates after being delayed time after time. Then when we make the drive here and there’s something wrong with brand new parts on the car for the THIRD time. Need not to mention they new scratches it’s leaving with that it didn’t even have before the accident. So now we’re taking a car they’ve had for 4 months that they didn’t fix right over to Toyota. We only went here because that’s what insurance suggested. Don’t go here. Go somewhere else because when you bring up the issues with the car the general manager will just get an attitude with you regardless of the proof you have. They’ll just bring up how much money has went into it even though it’s not even fixed. Brand new car with less than 20k in miles and they managed to somehow send it back with more mechanical issues and scratches than before. Jared was our adviser and honestly was the nicest one there who did his job the best he could. Unfortunately the techs and the General Manager there are the issue.

This place sucks. They were supposed to have my vehicle for one month. It took them 3.5 months. Delay after delay. Excuse after excuse. They text me and tell me that it's in the paint shop. Then they tell me it hasn't been in the paint shop. Every update is an excuse. Don't take your car here.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! They have had my car for over 2 months now for something that should take 3 days MAXIMUM. Don't trust the updates they send out about your car because it's just lies. I was getting texts to my phone every other day telling me I can come pick it up on the 26th of last month, 1 day before I called to double check and they said it will be done the end of the next week. Ok so then I call again the end of the next week to double check I can come pick it up because they have not contacted me at all and she tells me it's gonna be another week because they are just starting to paint it. I said "no that's incorrect because on the phone last week they said they were finishing up paining and now they just had to re-assemble" and she said "ok hold on I'll check on that for you, I'll call you back" THEN HUNG UP!!! AFTER I HAD BEEN ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES ALREADY. Then it was 10mins till they closed and I still had not gotten a call back, so I had to call them. Then she told me everyone who was supposed to be working on my car was either out sick or on vacation this past week. This has caused me so much stress and cost me so much money. I haven't had a ride to work in the past 2 months, I had to move to a different city without a car, and now I'm not even going to be able to afford the Uber to my court date. Overall I wish I had taken my car anywhere but here. There is no professionalism, no communication, and they made it VERY obvious they don't care about their customers.

Never again, under any circumstances, will I use Service King. The 8 weeks they had my vehicle for a simple bumper and tailgate collision repair resulted in a customer service headache from hell. The repairs truly should have been minimal.I will start with the good, Jared was at least pleasant to work with. The good stops there.To start, the front desk agent, Robyn, was the rudest interaction I have had with an individual in customer service, ever. From the first phone call, she had inaccurate information, spoke over me, was not helpful, and was overall, a dread to have to speak with. I know it wasn't just me, it is clear in other google reviews she has been a problem and management has done nothing. She dismissed me when I explained I wanted a copy of the repair estimates. She assumed information, tangling my reservation for my rental car, and at one point hung up on me when I asked to talk with someone who could speak to the details of my repairs. She constantly interrupted me. Had it not been for her terrible attitude and approach, I may have had more patience and grace for the horror we were about to endure.After bringing my car over for initial photos of damages (that I had to have an appointment for, but only took ten minutes? I rearranged my schedule and my husband's schedule for that appointment. I could have sent pictures)I was told a repair plan had to be started and I would need to make an appointment to bring my car back. So many unnecessary appointments. The vehicle is just going to be moved to your parking lot. I need an appointment for that?It seemed like that repair plan was never made because throughout the 8 week process, I was constantly told parts were having to be ordered. I understand damages may be more extensive after examining the full scope of the work but this was ridiculous. At one point, I was told the tech working on my car (there is only one?) was out with covid, only to then be told they just didn't have the parts in. It was a constant cycle of being told they were waiting on parts, and then the parts didn't come in, after promised deadlines were missed repeatedly.The issues only got worse after finally being able to pick up my vehicle, 4 weeks past the original promised finish date. I was told that the service rep had test drove the car himself and it was 100%. We got 2 blocks from the building only to discover I didn't have turn signal chimes. We get home and find a further nightmare knot of additional electrical issues. No back up camera. No stereo sound. No heated seats. No heated steering wheel. All dials in Celsius. My entire dash screen was "locked", which would remain on after turning the car ignition off. This lead to also having to replace the car battery.My husband had to take care of the repairs himself, since we were not willing to return the vehicle to the hands of Service King. He eventually found two full electrical connections left undone. Pictures below. But the car was test drove? From where? The parking lot?My nightmare continues. We realized with the first rain, the back windshield wiper was re-installed upside down. The wiper blade rotates down under the windshield and back up to the other side, instead of over the glass. We couldn't help but laugh at this point. I understand misses but this was just poor work. They clearly rushed the job, didn't bother to double check any of the details, and left us even more frustrated. I'm terrified of additional issues we will find months from now. Zero quality checks were made.Service King, I would highly encourage you to rework your job processes, accurately quote lead times, revisit your quality control, and replace your front desk agent. I understand delays in repairs and was I beyond patient. I would have even excused the delays if it weren't for the rest of the issues. Text messages updating me that my vehicle is in the service bay are appreciated but just not enough to forgive the rest of this. For the sake of your future customers, you've got some work to do. Jared was amazing throughout this whole process! He had excellent communication and kept me informed during the whole thing. The lady at the front desk (I forgot her name, sorry!) was super nice and helpful and made the drop off and pickup process easy. When I picked my car up, Jared came outside to greet me and made sure I was completely happy with the repairs before I left. I highly recommend Service King due to Jared and hopefully I won’t need to have repairs done from an accident again but if I do, I’ll definitely go to Service King so Jared can take care of me again.Services: Body & Trim

This place is horrible. My sister's car got hit in the parking lot at her job. Insurance sent her here. After having her car for over a month, she gets a text that her car is done. We go to pick up the car, and they haven't moved it at all since the tow truck dropped it off. When we went in to see what was going on the front office lady was rude , first telling us that they hadn't even ordered the parts, then saying there were waiting on the parts she just said they hadn't ordered. When asked why we received a text stating the car was done, she said it's just automated and sends text out. So we wait another two months that they keep pushing out the date of completion. Finally, after 3 months we pick up her car, only to find that her tan seats were stained all up, and her daughter's birthday gift cards had been stolen out of the console. Of course, when she called, they denied everything and said they always cover their seats and the missing gift cards were my sister's fault for leaving them in her car. Not that they didn't take them, just that it was her fault for not removing them when her car was hit. Then, to top it all off, her car had flat tires when they returned it. Extremely unprofessional, dishonest company.
