I had a great experience with Sam at T-mobile. She was professional and explained good options for me to get new service with T-mobile. She also checked my credit for me and was very patient in explaining the process to switch over my phone! Thank you Sam! You’re awesome.

A big scam for this business . Everyone should be alert. They order and ship your phone even though you canceled the order and got confiRmation in email. Then tell you to pay for whole amount. They will trap you if they can.

Great customer service and an excellent experience! The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. Possibly the best cell store experience I've ever had! Chloe was awesome and I'd recommend her help anytime!

After our son colossally screwed up his phone, we made a trip to this T-Mobile. We were greeted promptly by staff members and Sam approached us to help. Even after having to work on it for over an hour, Sam was determined to fix our problem and was successful! During the wait, employees talked to us and we had an entertaining, fun time! We’ve frequented this store several times and have always been treated kindly and had exceptional service. Special thanks to Sam, Chloe and Tyler.

We had a very bad experience with the employee Sam and her manager today. Last Saturday, we upgraded our plan to Go5GNext, She told us the monthly payment will be 140-150 dollars, we were surprised about the price because that was not bad for 3 lines, so we agreed and paid off all the remaining balance on our phones so we can get the newest iPhone which was totally 1200 dollars. I was thrilled with this monthly payment. Then today she told us our monthly payment will be 185 dollars and they can not do anything about it. she lied to our face saying she did not remember the monthly payment she told us, I was not happy with this result, I tried to talk to manager there, and he told us they could not do anything the contract had been signed. He further asked us to leave the store so the other customs would not hear us about the truth. I am warning you all, if you want to upgrade your phone, let them hand writing the price done so you have a proof, just in case.

The employees are nice but the service I signed up for did not come with all the benefits I was promised. I even called corporate and they told me they didn’t even know how I access it! I can even go online or the app to look at the bill. No one knows how to set me up ?

Five star experience for the staff at this store (Chloe and Sam) who patiently helped resolve an issue I spent 6 hours dealing with on the phone.Left my job and my company moved my phone to a pre pay account so I could take back over the number. Called 6 times on the phone trying to get the number switched to a post paid account. I finally gave up after transfer after transfer.Went into the store after all the issues and Chloe tried her best to get me connected with someone who could help. More phone calls from the store and I was told it was all resolved but to wait 10 min to 2 hours for the phone to work. Chloe stuck with the whole time. I left thinking all good.Got home and tried to use WiFi calling as our house has bad reception. Still no working phone. Call tech support who told me esim not activated and to go to store. Another 4 calls and 4 agents and still no working phone.Showed up when the store opened and Sam quickly understood my issue and got it fixed. She wouldn't let me leave until everything was working. She also set up auto pay to save me a few dollars and set up my free Apple TV account and Netflix. I wanted to cry I was so happy I had my phone back.Thing happen and i get that but if it wasn't for Sam and Chloe I would have likely switched carriers. Great store. Great staff. Thank you so much!!

The workers have not a clue what they are doing, they have lied and scammed me, they sold me a phone that glitches every minute. They will not give MY money back. And BTW the manager is in the Negative IQ just a heads up...

Traded my iPhone 11 for an iPhone 14, hours later it started glitching to the point of not turning on, terrible customer service I ask for a refund or help and they will not do it ( I have had this iPhone for less than 24 hours) they say it’s my problem and I will have to pay to fix the LEMON that they gave me SMH.

I will not be returning to this store. I came to just get a sim card because my phone would not connect to the network. Tyler who was looking at my phone was a joke! He put a new sim card in my phone, which didn't work. Then he told me I'll just have to make a claim and wait for them to send me a new phone. I came home and called the T-Mobile number and got my new sim card registered. The phone works fine now. I'm glad I didn't listen to Tyler! He didn't seem to care less about my situation. This is also my work phone.

Buyer beware- T-mobile has hidden fees and add on cost surprises.I like posting positive reviews, but this company has gotten very sneaky how they do business.Tyler at the Maryville, Tn. Store could also use some basic customer service training!!
