Garbage bank. Garbage customer service. Deposited $70 cash in the after hours via ATM. As soon as I deposit the cash, ATM shuts down. Like screen goes black and no response shuts down. I immediately call the 800 number on the machine and tell them. They ask time of deposit, amount of deposit and denomination of each bill, which I give them since IT JUST HAPPENED. They say they need 45 days to investigate, which I get. But then tell me I'm SOL. No record of any such deposit. Well YOUR ATM shut down. Now I know 70 bucks isn't a lot, but to lose it sucks. I would hand my money to a homeless person in one sock before I EVER entertain the mere THOUGHT of giving this sham of a "bank" one penny.
