US Bank 24 hr online banking doesn't deserve any veterans business! After 10+ years of doing business in Wisconsin, then relocating to GA 18 months ago, the service I received went down the tubes. Recently I had a horrible experience whereas a unauthorized transaction occurred on my debit card, and trying to get some assistance from their fraud department, was like; let's just say I'd rather schedule a root canal before dealing with this bank ever again! Then, when I called to close two of my three accounts with them, the representative Tre was nonchalant and after he closed one account, he placed me a hold and threw me back into the hold que. Then another representative came on not knowing anything about the reason I was calling. The second rep Rob was able to close the second account and out of mere morbid curiosity, I asked him if the prior rep made any notes in my account. And not to my surprise, he had not! So their representatives are allowed to enter one's account without any oversight as far as I can tell! I'm a military vet and Navy Federal was happy to assist with me opening accounts with them! I'd recommend the same to all my brothers and sisters in Arms!

Garbage bank. Garbage customer service. Deposited $70 cash in the after hours via ATM. As soon as I deposit the cash, ATM shuts down. Like screen goes black and no response shuts down. I immediately call the 800 number on the machine and tell them. They ask time of deposit, amount of deposit and denomination of each bill, which I give them since IT JUST HAPPENED. They say they need 45 days to investigate, which I get. But then tell me I'm SOL. No record of any such deposit. Well YOUR ATM shut down. Now I know 70 bucks isn't a lot, but to lose it sucks. I would hand my money to a homeless person in one sock before I EVER entertain the mere THOUGHT of giving this sham of a "bank" one penny.

I would not recomend this bank to any small business. They are holding 50k in a business account that I have there for my payroll. Amy the Branch Manager as profiled me and been rude disrespectful, No will give my money bank or cash my employs check. I do have tattoos and I do not dress in a suit and tie. I am your average guy that has not done anything wrong. These bank is not good. Sable the district manager rufuses to look into the matter I am sure she supports her employ is why... All I asked for is to pay my employs. This Bank has held my payroll for 3weeks. Not friendly at all. Not easy to work with. If your not a female the bank will not listen.......

House burned down. Red Cross was super nice and gave us 824$ to help because we lost everything. Top center of paperwork for the debit card says expiration: 04/26, card active ready to use, 824$.So my wife and I put the card up for replacing the kids bedroom sets/school supplies/food after we found a new home. When the time came, the card did not work.It was not a large transaction nor an unapproved purchase/merchant nor a purchase involving a hold.Made an account to check balance, US bank website said card was active and the balance was 824$.Called US bank and they said that although their own website said the card was active and funds were available, the funds were returned to the red Cross and the card will no longer work because there is fine print that says the funds will only be on the card for 60 days.Multiple incidents of contradictory information, my experience was a twilight zone situation and a waste of time and a huge pain in the rear, all for nothing. We would be better off without the stress of going through all this during our already difficult time in life. BEWARE.

I spoke with Dan at cardholder services 11/5/2020 about a late fee and interest charge applied to my Kroger Mastercard. My payment was in their building 10/9 but not processed until 10/13. Dan had no issue with cancelling the late fee and rescinding the interest. I was shockingly pleased with the service and will continue to use and promote the Kroger Mastercard thru US Bank. Good work folks, keep it up and give Dan and his whole team a 5 star pizza party!

Mark Fermenich has been a huge asset to my business and my customers. He is always willing to listen through situations and handle them accordingly. If he isn't available when I call, he always responds within 24 hours. He is the true definition of a banker that treats your business like his own, which is what I was looking for.
