I requested my mail to be forwarded to the new address. It has been two months now. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Maryville location or at Customer care via 800 number. I need to receive my first class mail. Where do they end up now?

Incompetent delivery drivers, they need to learn how to read addresses, always delivering to the wrong address. And too lazy to deliver some packages…they’ll lie by submitting in system that the package can’t be delivered then leave at the post office.

If your purchases ship through the Maryville, TN USPS hub, then expect (minimally) an additional day’s delay in stated arrival.
It’s like a black hole. What goes in may or may not come back out, but, if it does, will ALWAYS be late!
Have experienced this personally at least 12 times.
