I requested my mail to be forwarded to the new address. It has been two months now. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the Maryville location or at Customer care via 800 number. I need to receive my first class mail. Where do they end up now?

Nobody ever answers the phone. The carriers keep delivering to completely wrong addresses and they hand off packages to whoever walks up to them without checking ID. they handed my medical prescriptions to some random person and cant help to solve the problem.

The customer service was great here. When the line got long, two additional workers came out to help. Very kind, courteous, and accommodating. Thank you so much!
