I was in need of my medication to be filled and they kept telling me I needed a PA when I showed them multiple times I had one they refused and would send my script anywhere. Finally had to call Blount Discount to get it sent and the pharmacy refused to send my script because of saying I needed a PA and would run into the same problem. So I called Blount Discount myself they got my script and filled it and the PA magically worked over there.... hm weird. Sounds like this Walgreens is full of nut jobs who do not know what they are doing. Never again will I be using a Walgreens for my medications. Lesson learned.

Pharmacy staff are doing so well handling a bad situation, full day with down phones. Still managed to get us our shots very quickly and were so nice. Great folks, very professional.

I have a very sick child. The Dr from children's called in a prescription and said 'tell them to call me' if it's not covered and I'll change it. I had to use a 24 hours store. They didn't have it at all. so I told them to just call like the Dr had said. They wouldn't call only recieved attitude by the 2 different women I spoke with, like I was asking them for their kidney! This was a one and done for me. I got ahold of Children's and made my request for the change in meds along with the change to CVS! If you can't make a phone call you will not get my business!

Madison, in the pharmacy today, was a complete gem of a human and did her best to help me. She went above and beyond when she knew something in the computer wasn't correct. By helping me she was helping my elderly grandmother who is unable to get out and get her medications.

I ordered over 100 photo prints late last night, so that I could pick them up in the store today. I received an email maybe an hour later after placing my order online that my order was complete. I went in this morning and I was greeted my the cashier by the door. I went to the photo center and the lady was very nice. She even tried to find a coupon for me which I thought was very nice. The store was clean and looked like it was well stocked. It was one of the friendliest Walgreens that I have been in.

Called early to switch my meds to them from Walmart so I would not be out. First girl didn't switch. The 2nd day the man I spoke to didn't switch them. The 3rd girl I talked to had them switched but by the time she told me I needed my doctor to call in a few it was to late. Now I'll be without my meds over the weekend because there was nothing they could do. I called 2 days early just so this wouldn't happen. This is the Walgreens on our way home but after this I will have them switched somewhere else.

I have been prescription filled at Walgreens for years without any issues. Recently Marsha decided that prescription sleep medication for shift worker disorder was something she needed to form her own personal crusade against. I was called a drug addict, given drug rehabilitation and personal accountability advice over the phone . Complaints fall on deaf ears with no resolution from corporate or the store. Now that I complained any medication refill seems to have a issue with it and held up by Marsha. I would avoid this Walgreens unless you like being insulted. I will be transferring my refills to another pharmacy.

Walgreens new policy of making you tap into their app while you watched it rather than using something like key ring forces everybody to carry little plastic cards it is a stupid ..........policy I will shop more at CVS because of it
