Pilot Travel Center in Mason, TN, opened in 2025 as a huge improvement over the old store. This location offers excellent maintenance and cleanliness. The staff are friendly and professional, and the layout is better. Entrance and exit is well marked with plenty of parking, though the parking lot is very small. Security is present and very friendly. The location is convenient with a quick jump on and off interstate 40. Amenities include a hot food bar, McDonald's, Cinnabon, and Subway on site. Showers are large, roomy, and very clean with ample hot water. The drivers lounge is very clean with two microwaves for drivers to use. There are plenty of fast fuel stations for a quick fill up. Some reviews note that security enforces a 2 hour parking maximum due to limited space, which is a change from past practices. Overall, this Pilot is a clean and great place for a driver to park, shower, and eat, and is highly recommended.

This Pilot is about one year old, it open'd in 2025. Huge improvement over the old store, staff seems more professional and layout is better. Entrance and exit is well marked, plenty of parking, and convenient location. Quick jump on and off interstate 40. McDonald's, Cinnabon, and Subway on site.
