Zay helped my mother add an IPad to her account. He was super knowledgeable and patient in teaching her how to operate it and sign in to her APPLE ID. He was also set her up with the best plan for her and knew all the in’s and out’s of the plan options. ❤️

As a current prepaid customer with UScellular, I was on line wanting to upgrade my phone plus keep my number. Couldn't understand how it worked, so stopped in the Maynardville, TN store. Not very honest they told me they took off 500 from $2,000 on the new Samsung galaxy ultra with the pen that just came out back in March and they didn't my payments are still 141.20 every month not sure why but they not honest and honestly goes a long way I may switch to someone else because they couldn't be honest I know someone else that its happening to as well better be careful before you lose customers because you guys are ripping people off really bad and you going to lose customers be honest and if you really can't take off 500 from the 2,000than say so instead of making it look good on your end and make the customers think there getting a really good deal on remember if you cant male a good deal let us all know so we know what we expect to pay every month that its due thanks the phone purchases when you know dam well that they not getting what you told them in the first place yes I am mad and very upset because I have gotta lie too about taking the 500 from the 2,00 dollars open your eyes people because customers are calling u out without saying anything on here
