Was contacted by service manager Dan Good who apologized for my experience at the service department and offered to make it right. While the experience was unsatisfactory, Dan seems genuinely sincere in his effort to regain my trust. I've updated this review to 3 stars accordingly and will give Crown CJDR another chance.

This place is super shady. Never have I ever dealt with such a dishonest, horrible service at a dealership till now. Went there to have my oil changed. Came back to a scratch on my car from an employees dog jumping on my car, and my oil was a quart and a half low. Also all of my other fluids just so happen to be emptied or low when picking up my vehicle. It's funny because I always check my fluids (it's a good habit) and none of them needed fluids until I got my car back from just having a oil change. I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK HERE!

Could not have had a better car buying experience than we had with Greg Yeoman when purchasing our 2022 Genesis GV80. Greg took his time, explained every detail, and did not mind running the numbers multiple times until we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend Greg for your next car shopping experience.

If you're going to buy a RAM, do it here. I shopped around in and out of state and Crown Chrysler Doge Jeep RAM in Cleveland, TN absolutely had the best deal and an exceptional staff to help. I spent a lot of time on the RAM forums doing my research in advance and I expected a hassle and it was the furthest from it at Crown in Cleveland. Kregg Ware was my salesman that helped me and I would highly highly highly recommend you ask to work with him when you go to the dealer - there is no better person out there to work with! He was great to work with and feels like a friend now. I ordered a RAM 1500 and everyone was exceptionally helpful in this process. One of the Sales Managers Pat Horton helped me through the ordering process online, and it was better than I could have asked for and I got the exact truck that I wanted. The other Sales Manager Brian Cruz helped me out with cost on the new vehicle, the trade in, and an extended warranty and I could not be happier with his help. Dylan Tanos got me hooked up with financing and was able to work to match the financing I brought into the dealer and made the process smooth and quick. This dealer has it together with how they all work together and it was a very welcoming, friendly, and efficient environment due to each of them. 11 out of 10 would recommend.

Strike three for this dealerships service department!! My first trip here was met with a parts department guy telling me I can get a quote from the service department to paint a tailgate, only to be told that they don't do paint. Yes this is minor but you would think that the parts people would know this. Here's the major problem. I had a check engine light activate. On a Tuesday I drove 45 minutes only to be told that I have to have an appointment to diagnose the problem. I know full well that it takes less than ten minutes to do this! I set an appointment two days later at 8AM. This led to a we know what the problem is but we don't have the parts. This led to coming in a third time to get the vehicle fixed. As I'm sitting waiting for it to get fixed, I watched a guy pull up, employee walks out and hooks up the computer and in less than ten minutes goes in and gives the code/codes to service and they check in that customer. Had they done that for me on Tuesday I could have had the work done sooner and Kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk not had to take a third day off and a third trip to this dealership. I give them a one star on customer service.

Amazing experience with this dealership. Shelby Newt was the salesperson and from start to finish took into account my needs and requests and bent over backwards to make this happen today. She made me feel like a valued customer and there was zero hassle from her. I cannot say enough positive things about this place and Shelby.

Taking your car to a dealer AFTER the warranty is out is always a major mistake. New car dealers make their money on you in the service department, not on the car sale. They'll ALWAYS find something wrong, and it won't be a $2.00 washer. It will be something big, costing hundreds or thousands. Find an honest car mechanic. You'll have to search diligently, but there are a few out there. Car dealerships' service departments aren't your friend. They give your horror stories about your car's condition (it's called lying) to make bonuses on your ignorance and fear. Plus Chryslers, Jeeps, Rams, are now part of Fiat. When's the last time a Fiat, an Italian rolling junker, made any vehicle worth driving off the lot? And the slogan "We beat any other dealer's price by $500.00 or give you $5000.00" is a load of nonsense. Think about it. Those two clowns on TV are car salesmen - do you think they're honest? THEY'RE CAR SALESMEN! "The Power of Two to get Doubly Screwed." Before you purchase any vehicle, particularly a Chrysler, watch Scotty Kilmer on Youtube. He's the most honest mechanic you'll find and listen to him talk about Chrysler and Fiat. Run, don't walk, away from anyone selling Chryslers.

After my initial 3-star review, Mr. Cruz of Crown Cleveland reached out to make the issue right. They agreed to send the missing vacuum hose and attachments to us for no additional charge. I definitely appreciate them owning up to the mistake and asking how they can fix it.

Just follow the other reviews. Terrible experience. Made a deal twice on the price of a truck only to get to the dealer and find the price significantly higher. Finally, third time, got the price I had negotiated. Part of the deal was the repair of a dented rust spot on the truck. Was promised that it would be fixed at my workplace. That was February, not a word about fixing my truck has been said. I have contacted the salesman several times, nothing. If you like playing games and getting jerked around, go see them, they will not let you down. TERRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSSINESS.

Neisha was efficient and thorough. Buying a car can be a bit scary and she made me feel comfortable and confident with the purchase. Thank you so much!

Very friendly customer service and fast work. I took my Jeep Compass up there when my ABS light and check engine light came on. They quickly diagnosed it and I was able to pick it up the same day just a few hours later. Also not expensive compared to a lot of other places that will try to rip you off.

I bought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler sport at this location in July of 2016. I took it to them to get a tare repaired on the zipper to the soft top and window. They sent it to a detailer who fixed the tear in the window but did not touch the top. I took the window out for the first time a couple of weeks ago and since they didn't fix the top now cannot get my window back in. They are again telling me since it's torn it's not covered under warranty. My question is this. What good is a 3 year 36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty if they are not going to honor it? I called Chrysler to see if they could help me and I think they may have but they told me to give them a couple of days. So I went to the dealership to see if I could get a loaner car. The guy told me no sir I cannot let you have one for this issue. I'll never use this dealership for another vehicle purchase or anything else for that matter again.Possibly not even The Jeep brand.

I am the worst kind of buyer- as I'm in sales for a living, so a salesperson trying to sell to a salesperson...usually recipe for disaster. I have to say, Dustin was outstanding. His non-aggressive approach was exactly what I needed, and his fast response time and knowledge made the car buying process far more enjoyable than I've had in the past. I also must give credit to Andy, the sales manager, as he made me feel like my business was important and i was valued. Excellent job guys.

If your website allows for service appointments to be made online (even sends you reminder notifications for your appointment), but those appointment don't actually go into the store's system, maybe you should disable that feature until you get it working. That seems like common sense. Nobody that scheduled an appointment wants be told "sorry, your not in our system if you scheduled online. We could probably fit you in if you want to wait behind everyone else that's already here." This was my first and last experience with this dealership.
