The air conditioning is out on the front half of the store, it was a mess in the front and smelled weirdly like fish near the drinks

I’ve been in this store twice now several days apart and the air conditioner isn’t working. They seem to have a pretty good selection and the prices are not too high but it’s hot inside. Giving it four stars because the AC has been broken for days.

Seems to have larger selection than the other one in town and lower prices. Nice people. They had the ant traps I needed that the other store didn’t

Went into store between 13:30 and 14:00 hrs. to buy cold medicine. Found DG Health Cold and Flu relief 12 oz being advertised for sale at $5.75.I took it up to the counter and it rang up over $7.50. I let the cashier know what it was being advertised for on the shelf. He sent a supervisor named Jordan over to the section for a price check. Jordan then proceeded to tear the tag off and say " Not on Sale." He explained that the sale had ended the previous day. I reminded him that irregardless that was the price the medicine was advertised at, and that is the price he has to honor at the point of sale. He said he couldn't override the price on the register. That he'd be fired. I told him he'd be breaking the law to keep his job. He said it wasn't illegal to not honor the price. The law is found in TN Code 47-26-913 (2021) Unfortunately I was in a rush and didn't have that information readily available. Jordan needs to be properly trained. When a customer with a badge is telling him he:s doing something illegal he might want to look into it before running his mouth. While this is not a Federal Crime it is a State Crime. It is not the responsibility of the customer to remove sale price tags after a sale is over. That responsibility befalls the retailer. Most retailers I encounter honor the price advertised on the shelf then remove the sale price from the shelf. Why this particular store felt the need to break the law, anger a customer, and aquire a bad review to save $2.00 is beyond me.

Wasn't there but a few minutes. The store could use some housekeeping and organization, but the employees were very nice and I found what I went in for.

The people who work there are so nice, however they don’t have anything. I can’t imagine how frustrated the Door Dashers feel when they have to refund the money to a person because this store has absolutely nothing.
