I recently moved to Tennessee from California after losing my mother and sister. This is such a great town. Everyone I've met has been so friendly, which you really don't see a lot of in CA. I applied for employment and prayed every night. Then I got the call for an interview. Now I needed something real nice to wear to the interview. I went into the Factory Connection with only a few dollars. All the money I had. Instantly welcomed with a lady with a beautiful smile and a warm welcome. After picking out what I wanted I was a few dollars short. Donna, the lady working there without hesitation gave my an instant discount for my birthday and made it possible for my purchase. Now, this might not seem like a big deal to some, it was huge for me. Having the proper clothes to wear was so important to me and her act of kindness was off the charts. It took everything inside of me not to cry. Thank you so much Donna!
