Went thought the drive thru and ordered a HAM and cheese on flatbread. Asked for it toasted, got it cold. Arrived at 3:15 didn’t leave until 3:45 with a cold freaking sandwich. Literally had 3 ingredients on my sandwich. Like be so for real. Why did it take 15 mins to make a cold sandwich. Should have just went to Paris subway.

When you walk in its nicely remodeled but the kids working there act as if they don't want to be bothered by you. Then you go to the bathroom and it reminds you of a junky old highway bathroom. Dirty light switch, gray sinks from not being cleaned, dry wall debris on the toilet. Just filthy.

The store is NOT clean enough to eat in. We ordered and paid from the app using a coupon code advertised nationally. After waiting 20 minutes they canceled my order without explanation on the app. I called the store and they said the subway app is a 3rd party app that they don't support. Code speak for they won't support coupons and would rather just drop the order. What a shame that they don't care about supporting customers and building a business.

I don't usually frequent many Subways mostly due to the subs served having very little in the way of portions. Today however I was in a rush and said why not. When I went up to the counter I asked the girl what specials they had. She replied that they have no specials. A fast food place with no specials!! It didn't seem that long ago they at least would have a certain $6.00 footlong special of the week. I just told her "they outta think about getting some", and then said "I'm good" and walked out. It is so sad to see that businesses aren't trying to compete anymore for our dollars. It's just not American.

Very warm and friendly atmosphere. Such nice kids working in this store. Every time I come in there even it's just me in the store, all three or four employees they always welcome me with a smile and wait eagerly to serve me. One young man, his name is William I like to especially thank for taking the time explaining to me what the Beast sandwich was. Store is always clean, meat and veggies are always fresh and they always get my order right, which is important. I've seen reviews on here about the workers canceling online orders. I had my online order canceled before and I called the main Subway office to inquire about it and I was told the software automatically cancels the orders and still isn't fixed, it's not the workers and they can't give you a refund because the order never actually went through. The software will automatically put it back on your card which happened with me. So don't blame workers for that it's not their fault

Don't order online at this store they canceled my order twice which still shows the money coming out of my account when I said something to the manager she was very rude and said we don't have anything to do with it and we don't have your money never ever will my family order from there

Don’t order online, they will cancel your order and you’ll still be charged. When you call and ask about it they’re rude and offer zero help. I’m fairly certain they are canceling orders to keep from having to do their job. This has happened to me 3 times now. I’m done trying with this location. Management change is obviously needed.

I went through and ordered a six inch and a foot long. They put two much mayo on the six inch, and never brought the foot long. The girl comes back to the window and stares at me and I tell her I had a foot long with the order. Still just stares at me. I said “chicken, pepper, mayo, mozzarella?” And she turns and tells a girl that I had a foot long. She stares also. I repeat my order again. Nothing. Then the girl asks to see the bag she just handed me. The other girl says “you got the footling with mozzarella right?” And I said yes. They pick up a bag and hand it to me and I drive off. I get home and open my foot long. I see a piece of paper with the order for a “Holt”. A ham and pickle foot long. They didn’t even check the sheet before handing me someone else’s order. I’d eat it but I can’t. Doordash it is

Twice now with this location nothing but issues. First trip in had a coupon and was not able to take due to system being down. 2nd trip was yesterday. Went in to order a chicken teriyaki which did not have so ordered a steak and cheese. Asked for mozzarella. Got charged $2.00 extra for the cheese which we did not know it would be charged extra. When checking out asked why being charged extra and reply was it is fresh mozzarella then the employee giggled. The attitude from these employees was not pleasant. We ordered toasted, got the sandwich home and it was cold. Top that of the cheese was not mozzarella it was provolone. Never have had trouble with other locations like we have with this one.

These ladies are very rude, they act like they have a problem doing everything. They also lie about the online order system they will purposely cancel your order just because you didn’t tip online . They need a whole new crew , of HAPPY people . not these sad woman that bring others down with them!

5 employees working and a lot of standing around. No napkins, had to ask for and took 2 people to find napkins. Ordered a #1footlong and they needed to get more meat. Took2 of them to get it from cooler, then when returned only have enough meat for a 6"sub. Obvious they are teenagers but they will not be able to keep up with a rush. Very disappointed in service and the preparedness of the restaurant. One employee that was fixing sandwiches went to register to help girl there and used gloved hand on register then went back to handling food with gloved hand that had been on register. Seemed like there was only 1 person working that had a clue of what to do.

One of the worst subways I've been to! Didn't appreciate the eye roll when I was first trying to order, I've never been to a subway that wrote everything down on the paper first!
