Friend was on hold as I was rushing his puppy there. About 3:55 . Less that 3 min away. (8wk old gsd) butt was red and protruding, crying in pain) I get there and you can see by tire tracks they left in a rush. Office closed but gate left open.This not a Vet she is common.

Wonderful vet and wonderful staff ? They are so attentive to our babies. They take great care of them! You can tell they truly care about the animals left in their care. And they are always so extremely helpful, patient and informative. I honestly can't say enough about this place!

We Took our dogs to McMinnville animal clinic to be boarded while we were out of town. As they require, feeding instructions and care instructions were provided in writing to them. I also repeated the instructions to the girls in the office to give our dogs one Jerky treat a day which we have done for the past two years, providing them extra nutrients. When we returned to collect our dogs, they handed us back items provided for the boarding, and come to find out they didn’t follow our simple instructions. Only half of the treats were provided to them for the eight day stay. We were told that the vet told the office staff she was afraid the treats would upset their stomach. This also is a little strange seeing as how two years ago when we boarded them for 10 days they did follow our instructions only commenting on how much the dogs enjoyed their daily treat.When you spend $288 for eight days boarding you should expect to get the service that they agree to, And not be given a bunch of excuses. As expensive as all of the services are at this clinic you would think they try a little harder for customer satisfaction.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Still need to wear a mask ? inside, but worth it for their expertise! Receptionist is very nice and helpful as well! Love it here!
