Very nice staff and didn’t have to wait long at all to be seen. My situation did not require anything except xrays and an exam by the dentist. I will be going back soon.

Very nice and very respectful non judgmental people who work here no matter how bad you think your teeth are they do not pass judgement they just examine and explain to you what your best options are without making you feel shameful about the condition of your teeth would recommend to anyone

My first time going to an Aspen dental. ALOT of x-rays, Leanne was amazing and explained things so well and she had an amazing attitude. The doctor was super sweet, "gotta admit I was a little nervous, it being a dental visit" super gentle! I will definitely be going back, great experience today!!

Well, no one likes visiting the dentist, but sometimes you can't avoid a toothache. The dentist at Aspen was wonderful! Surgical removal was performed on a molar. The reason I gave a 4 were due to upon by arrival; a dental assistant had a bad attitude and I told her patients can hear what awful stuff she said about patients. That was short lived. My visit was great and I would definitely go back.

Had an appointment a couple weeks ago. Have early stages of peridontal disease. Okay haven't taken care of teeth as I should.Total after insurance was $567 if I wanted to go with it. Asked if I could do a payment plan with them. They said sure and pulled up a screen showing I was pre-qualified for a loan.Said I didn't want to take out a loan as I just wanted to see if I could pay them directly in payments. Apparently they only offer 2 options. Pay in full or take out a loan as they then walked me out of the office.I paid what I owed for the exam then and left.Just yesterday I receive a call with caller ID saying "Private Name".I answer and the girl on the other side said "Hi this is (couldn't understand her name as she spoke very softly). Have you decided if you wanted to go with the procedure and how would you like to pay for it?"Me - "I'm sorry. Who is this? You broke up a bit at the start.""This is (again couldn't really hear her. I think she said Karen.) Do you want to go along with the procedure and how are you going to pay for it?"Me - "I'm sorry, I don't know who you're calling from. The caller ID says it's Private Name....?"I then hear her hanging up.I had to Google the phone number to figure out that she was from Aspen Dental.Terrible overall customer service.

Extremely nice staff, the emergency part in your description or your services needs to be changed for accuracy. I called last Thursday when my tooth broke but was left literally dangling but on just one side firm and asked when I could come on and get it removed. Tuesday morning the say, ouch long weekend. Tuesday morning.... Getting through the x-rays and exam and hygeinest and and and "oh, we don't have time today to extract the problem tooth that brought you in, but for 3000$ we can.... And then .... and schedule that and we will schedule you to come back in for the problem tooth extraction." The website specifically lists broken teeth/emergency services. How is tricking you into a 3000$ dental "plan" when you called 5 days earlier and have a tooth dangling and miserable and still after the visit I have to spend more time and misery still with the problem emergency tooth in my mouth today.

Wouldn’t recommend, I had an appointment there and they only did half the work because their computers were malfunctioning. Love the staff but not fair I have to wait till May for another appointment. Never coming back.

The people were organized, open and friendly. Most of the technology was new to me, but everything was explained and very interesting. After a thorough exam, we scheduled a cleaning. All is well.I actually enjoyed this experience. Absolutely no pressure was put on me to do more than I wanted.I am very glad I tried Aspen.

Not a snowball's chance in Phoenix Arizona Summer I would come back here. I specifically booked for an extraction, sat around waiting for 30 minutes after my xrays, then didn't even get the extraction. They were so overbooked they didn't have time for ANYTHING. The hygienist talks to adults like she's talking to a child, the dentist shook my hand with his gloved hand and then proceeded to use that same glove to put in my mouth (as did the hygenist. You touch something non sterile, you change your gloves!!! Period!!!) Then I sat around waiting for the office manager to come get me to book a subsequent appointment. Not on your life. I'd rather take an ice skate to my face. Jessica was nice, but she'd be better off working elsewhere. This place offers a $20 introductory visit and then doesn't do what they said they'd do so you HAVE to come back at regular price. I didn't expect the extraction to only be $20, I expected to pay more afterward, but I won't be back, not even if it were free. I'm a vet tech - you HAVE to practice basic hygiene, and that means changing your gloves between any non-sterile touches. I could have let everything else go, but absolutely NOT that.
