“Check engine light came on a few miles short of McMinnville. No gauges or other lights indicated a problem, so I drove on to the NAPA store and borrowed their code reader. The problem wasn't critical or a safety issue, so o was able to continue my day trip.
They were polite and quick to hand over their reader.
I had only been in that location once before, and they were very helpful and professional.”
“Did a fantastic job and even went above and beyond to fix a small dent previously in my car without me asking. The employee that I met and gave me my estimate was also spot on. Would absolutely recommend Lester’s to anyone.”
“Went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was looking great after a bear broke into it in Gatlinburg. thank you so much to all the folks at Lees collision!”
“This is truly a 10/10 repair shop. I genuinely thought my car was going to be totaled, but the team here did an incredible job bringing it back to life. When I picked it up, it felt like I was driving it off the lot for the first time.
The gentleman at the front counter was exceptionally polite, professional, and welcoming. He even went above and beyond by staying after hours to accommodate me and make sure I was able to get my vehicle back.
The quality of the work and the level of customer service were both outstanding. They have definitely earned themselves a lifelong customer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, professional, and top-quality service!”
“As you can see from the before and afters...the photos speak for themselves.
