“Been dealing with this bank for many years...Danny Martin is the best. I've been dealing with Danny before he was at this bank so when he switched banks years ago I also did, and moved all my accounts over to Security Federal where I am actually treated like a customer instead of a bothersome...I love that you see friendly faces. Not to throw names out but the tellers do amazing job too..I work a 12hr 3rd shift so sometimes I don't really have time to drive to the bank,and I really don't get into the online banking but with 1 call Hillary ( a teller) can solve all I need done...she's great, and let's not forget about Sabrina Keaton...these folks are all down to earth..they do a great job and have a great personality they treat you with the respect and even shoot the breeze as me and my husband both like to be able to just talk about whatever other toy he maybe getting next...but they still on a professional level.”

“I was just in the Smithville Road branch where I was privileged to witness teller Keely B. interact with an elderly gentleman so patiently and kindly, it made my heart smile. The elderly man was having a hard time understanding some complicated account problems, and Keely never got frustrated, never was short in her communications, and patiently explained everything more than once. She is awesome, and I felt she needed a shout out for caring for a segment of our society (the elderly) that few take the time to do.”

“I have had an excellent experience with Citizens Tri-County Bank. The people that work there are amazing! Unlike most banks where your only opportunity to do your banking is between 8:30 and 4:30 Monday through Friday, Citizens Tri-County offers better banking hours opening at 7:30 a.m. and being open on Saturdays. This is helpful for those of us that are extremely busy. Their app actually works, unlike many banking apps and is also simple to navigate, which is nice. They also offer a hometown, friendly experience rather than a corporate one.”

“We came in around 4 pm today. Checking on possible compromised Region's cards on both my husband and myself.
One of the female's was really rude to me as I approached to help my husband. The other cashier gave us tips on downloading an app. When I asked if she could help us at the time she was reluctant. The bank closed at 5 pm, which allowed plenty of time for her to take a step to follow through help us. The other cashier went over to chat with another employee. I picked up on her bad vibes towards me.
