“Only reason I’m giving this pawn shop a 5 star is because one of the workers. Shelby Hice has made this an amazing experience for my family and I by helping us find a beautiful ring for my birthday and having to go through the process of getting it sized up. I called one time to get an update, unfortunately Shelby wasn’t there. I’m guessing it was the assistant manager I talked to. Only review I can give that lady, is she may need more experience in customer service to learn how to be nice and respectful to her customers, or just don’t work in customer service at all. Both on the phone and in person, very rude. Turns out there was a miscommunication with the jeweler, so my ring took longer than expected. If it weren’t for Shelby, it probably wouldn’t have been fixed and taken care of. If you happen to stop by this pawn shop, ask for Shelby!”
