L & M Floors provides excellent customer service and a completely different experience compared to big box stores. They have tons of flooring options, with most already in stock, in all different price ranges. The staff goes above and beyond to help customers find the right flooring that they love and that is in their price range. They answer all questions and help in choosing what is best for the home. The service is efficient, with measurements and installation often completed quickly, sometimes within the same week. The installers are noted as very neat and tidy workers. Customers are very happy with their beautiful flooring, including carpet and Cortex flooring, and report being very happy with what they chose months after installation. The experience leads customers to highly recommend L & M Floors and to continue using them for several different flooring needs.
