Custom service is the worst at this store can never get the help you need. Everyone is too busy to ask if you need help . Maybe Lowe's trains their employees that way .

Every employee I encountered was uber-friendly and helpful. Fair prices and a lot of specials. Self check out went flawlessly (which isn't really the case in these types of places).

I'm a contractor and at 6:30 in the morning I expect better to be enough people on a register at the contractor's desk that I'm not standing in line for 20 minutes while I sat there and watched for workers stand there and do nothing but talk about yesterday and the girl was bouncing a little ball like some child let's be professional folks us customers have clients and places to go orders to fill and time is money so please don't waste my time for 20 minutes then I said something about it and the workers got offended instead of maybe opening a register and getting some of us out of there first off without customers you don't have a business I know I wasn't happy and none of
