UPDATE: I'VE PULLED ALL OF MY SAVINGS OUT OF THIS BANK AND AM ACTIVELY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER BANK IF YOU CAN'T KEEP YOUR ATM WORKING WHERE I CAN ACCESS MY MONEY, YOU DON'T GET TO HOLD AND USE MY MONEY.It's the least convenient bank I've ever used. Brand new bank and the drive-through ATMs are ALWAYS out of order. Combine that with no window, you'd almost be better off panning for gold in the barren fork river for money. Ridiculous how impersonal they've become. And I've read your replies to other people that reviewed yall. Save your breath. I'm not interested in your generic, impersonal copy and past response.

Why in the world anyone does business with this bunch of chuckle heads is beyond me. I went to withdraw part of the funds that are in our joint account. I had my state issued drivers license to prove my identity, but because I didn't have my phone with me they denied me access to the account. They said that their policy required an email to be sent with a 6 digit code in order for me to proceed. What a bunch of idiots.

I have been banking with this company for years and I am getting fed up. I was negative 3 dollars and I went to the ATM to deposit enough so I don't get charged for the over draft and I get there and none of the ATMs are running. Why should I half to go in to put 5 dollars in my account lole get it together my gosh. It's very frustrating that there is no drive threw. If I could give zero stars I would.

Nothing against the employees of this bank but the bank itself sucks. They will charge to cash one of their own checks if you don't have an account. This may be a common practice now with every large bank but it didn't win any points with me

When you call the bank they never answer the phone and if they do answer the would hang up on you. Please do not go there

ZERO I stop in to Regions and asked if they sold moneyorders or moneygrams they said they couldntnt help me if i didnt have an account im up here from alabama working on there schools that was sorry as hell they wdre all sitting around dook jacking each other

Not a good bank. This is the bank that will remind you to read all fine print because they will lie and leave out information verbally you should know.Be careful with this one

No drive through.why would u build a new bank without one.ATM machines do not replace a drive through .when u try to deposit cash it eats the money and sends it back out waded up Everytime

This is absolutely the worst bank I've ever been to.3 ATMs came by yesterday only one up back today only one is up.We had a region's branch that was great and the drive-thru Window was where you could lay eyes on the person it was very personable and you knew the people working there.This new business model is very impersonal you have a door greeter you have to sit down and take a number to cash a check feels like you're buying a house the new business model is very impersonal.I'd be interested in knowing how many people have jumped ship I'm standing on the Bow.On one occasion I verbalized this opinion to the teller he followed up to say there were other Banks, I asked him if he was suggesting I go to another bank to do business he confirmed by shrugging his shoulders I addressed this issue with the manager Mr Baker he said it was the guy's first day on the job and I told him it would be his last day if I was running this place. the next time I went back that person was the door greeter. ?If you go back and look at my Google reviews which have been viewed millions of times you'll see I rarely leave a bad review I would give this bank 0 Stars if I could! whoever came up with this idea and made this change should be forced into an early retirement if not altogether fired.#badbank

The bank design is awful, I can’t believe you build a new bank without a drive thru window. It’s not convenient at all especially when you have small children with you. Most of the time the ATM’s are broke outside. I’m sure they have lost a lot of customers because of this.
