Couldn't use the card reader at the pump. Had to go inside. They tried to tell us our card was bad but it want and he tried it again and it worked. Frustrating!
Why don't they fill the receipt paper? I need a receipt to get reimbursement from work. Why pay at the pump if you have to go in anyway. I'm done with this Shell. I'll go to another one.

We made a pit stop here for gas, drinks and snacks. My husband needed to use the restroom. He's got Parkinson's and a couple of other medical issues, so when he needs to go to the restroom, he needs to GO. I started collecting everything we were going to purchase while he looked for the restroom. We were going to pump gas after we paid for our items. While I was picking up everything we needed, he shouted to me that they would not allow him to use the restroom because it was "broken"... it's funny how all of a sudden every gas station in this area owned by Indians are now suddenly "broken". I understand covid has run amuck. However, that should not have a huge impact on allowing PAYING customers to use the restroom when they need it. It's ok, we took our business next door and gave them the $100+ we were going to spend at this place. And we were allowed to use their restrooms.

The blonde heavy-set lady behind the counter was unbelievably rude telling me to stay at least 5 feet from her because of covid-19 protocols. I told her I had been fully vaccinated but she said she didn't care because I could still pass the virus to her. I told her bluntly that if she was that overly concerned about covid-19 she needed to find other work. I later recounted what happened to a friend and they described the same clerk telling me she treated them the exact same way.
