When our beloved Sullivan’s Pharmacy closed this month, we were told all of our records and scripts have been sent to Walgreens. That turned out to be a lie, nothing was transferred. I was in this store as they were telling every Sullivan’s customer walking up that nothing got transferred while I was standing in front of a table of flyers telling Sullivan’s customers that all their records are here.Tried for 5 days to get my wife’s medications filled. Ran into roadblock after roadblock, delay after delay. No one here cares. The rudest staff of any pharmacy I ever met. The treat you like they are superior to you, I have no idea why any customer would allow themselves to be treated in this manner and then come back for more next month. Why, because they have an app? Really?? The pharmacy manager, some portly fellow identified only as “Garry P.” on their website, was the most downright disrespectful and rude person I have ever met in a health care setting. (Side note, why do they proudly identify their head pharmacist only by his last initial on their website? Do you go to any health care professional that won’t tell you their last time? Just speaking from a good faith perspective, does that seem like a “Red Flag” to you?) They all think they went to medical school and are better informed about your health care than you or your doctors are, due to the woke guidance they receive at their corporate kingdom. And because of that, they believe they have the God given right of overriding your doctor's prescription, based on their corporate governance, without so much as having the courage, or the courtesy, to tell you what their last name is. Sounds cowardly and conniving to me. Is that any place you want to do business with when your family's health is on the line? I personally, do not.I won’t even get into the fact that if something is not covered by your insurance, their retail prices are literally 10x higher than any pharmacy around here. But I wish the only problem here was price. It’s the attitude and service you get here that is horrific. It is quite clear from all the negative reviews here that it is not just me. The people that work here are miserable, they hate their jobs, they hate their lives, and so they get off on using their power to abuse you and belittle you. You can see it in their faces. They walk around looking like mindless, faceless, corporate drones, with no emotion, no care, nothing but rudeness oozing from them. After 5 days of dealing with this nonsense, I drove to an independent pharmacy a mile down the road, and got everything taken care of in less than 24 hours by people who actually understand and care about providing good customer service. Why would anyone go to Walgreens when you can get 10x the service and care at a family owned independent pharmacy in this town, and spend less money in the process? The good news, is I can fire them, and so can you, and go to another pharmacy and be happy. They may have bought Sullivans’ list of customers, but they don’t own you as a customer.Sullivan's was a great place. You won't find anywhere near the level of service we received there, and no one needs to put up with the crap you get at Walgreens. You can very much walk away and go to any pharmacy, and with Sullivan’s closing, every other independent pharmacy in this town would love to have you right now. These people here in Walgreens, on the other hand, will remain in their corporate hell hole as the miserable people that they are, and will continue to try to abuse whoever is stupid enough to walk through their door.Don’t be one of them. Read these reviews. Go elsewhere, and above all else, post your experience here to warn your fellow citizens. I can’t imagine most Sullivans customers will stay here after their first experience. Hope they paid a lot for the list of people who will never stay here. As for me, I’ll never walk into another Walgreens ever again in my life, whether it be for a prescription for my dog or a pack of gum.

The rudest Pharmacist's I have ever met. @ the McMinnville, TN store. Mr. Brandon P. thinks he is the all mighty. They definitely need an attitude adjustment. Wow, just read the reviews. I thought at first it was just me until I told my story to other pharmacists who stated that Brandon was one of the least respected pharmacists in town.

Worst walgreens I've ever had to deal with smdh robbie at the photo register is a complete jerk and should not be working with the public with his bad attitude, I was picking up something from door dash and the dash app on my phone wasn't clear about what I was picking up and it just states to go to the photo center and tell them the customers name so that's what I did and robbie got an attitude with me about it. The way they talk to the customers is awful.

They've been known to mess up prescriptions and lie about. Pretty bad when the medicine in question was received a Steroid pack when I was supposed to get ear drops for an infection.

I dropped off a prescription this morning at 9am and was told it would be ready for pickup around noon, it's 4:30pm and it still isn't ready! Josh says they are shorthanded, but I see the same amount of pharmacy employees as what has been normal since COVID started and there are 3 people checking out at the front registers! Shorthanded, I don't think so, but DEFINITELY LAZY AND GET IN NO HURRY TO WORK employees!!!!!

Pharmacist can refuse to fill medication based on professional opinion but will not tell you what the professional opinion is so hope it’s not a drug interaction or a life threatening matter, because they professionally don’t care. They will refer you to the corporation whom will answer your call, and say let me put you on hold for a second then go to lunch. Then when you get ahold of corporate they will send you to 5 different people who will tell you that you need to call the pharmacy.. they will then send a message to the pharmacy and the store manager will call because “he has to when people call corporate “ to tell you that they can not help you understand the issue and the pharmacist can refuse to fill a medication based on their professional opinion.

The employees here are absolutely the laziest people I've ever seen in my life. They are definitely a credit to Warren County Tennessee but are just a complete embarrassment to anybody associated with the medical field. Dont take my word for it. Come here and see for yourself..or read the reviews. These people are horrible.

Brandon is rude. Needs some hospitality training for sure! Wouldn’t even give it a star if I didn’t have to just to do a review. Customer service and just plain respect goes a long way.

The most incompetent pharmacy and drive thru pharmacy in the nation. Hands down.Update: Months later still the slowest drive thru with the rudest and still highly incompetent staff.Update: Enough is enough, we switched to Graves, they know you as soon as you pull up, get you cheaper deals then walgreens and actually do their job while also giving the best customer service. Do yourselves a favor and switch to Graves.

Worst experience in my life. Rude staff. Takes hours to fill a prescription. The process should be fairly simple but they make it very complicated. If it were a one time thing, that could be excused- everyone has an off day once & a while. This has been my experience 4 times running now.Transferring any prescriptions still standing to another pharmacy. I’ll hopefully never set food in here again.

Customer service is the worse, people in the pharmacy think they are better than the rest of us so look and talk down to customers, they are rude, no answers questions and what little information they give you is in a bad manner and way, hrs such because now short hrs and no weekends, I guess they will do better just being an store and removing all the pharmacy part, pharmacist and technicians that are the bad employees they got. Will change but so far I'm force to stay with them, hopefully not too long. They should close and get ride of all those bad and RUDE employees. Not making it up you can ask all town and they all think same, walgreens pharmacy employees are horrible, the less you have to deal with them the better, stubborn mules that don't even listen to the customer, what they want, need, or informationI know I'm right but because she doesn't even want to listen for being 5 mins before closing time she just preferred to be rude and make something up ao she could hung up and just go home, normally I stay quiet like majority of all this abused and made fun customers, because I have heard them answered phones then made fun of customer questions, issues or what they said which is unprofessional and part of HIPPA violation too for being talking in front of others that can hear medical information. I'm in HR and I would terminate almost everybody in the pharmacy department at this store

Typically I’m not one to complain. But I kid you not within the last 6 months every. Single. Time myself or my husband has picked up a prescription there has been something wrong with it, either the wrong amount, the wrong birthday, etc. then today I call to get my husband’s prescription filled and I spoke with a girl who wasn’t very pleasant and told me that my husband’s prescription was picked up yesterday in Murfreesboro, I tell her there is no way that happened because we weren’t even in Murfreesboro and to please check it again then she said “it’s been picked up, we can’t do anything and your insurance will not pay to fill it again so you need to call them and figure it out” and starts to hang up I’m like okay wait a sec, what walgreens in Murfreesboro there’s several of them? She goes “church street” and hangs up. So I call them panicking thinking someone else has picked it up, the pharmacist there was very kind and tells me “that was from a year ago, she just looked at it wrong” and proceeds to give me the prescription ID#, so I call back and the same girl answers the phone I tell her that I have the prescription # and what she looked at was from a year ago, well after she had told me before she was 100% sure it had been picked up and there was nothing they could do, now all of the sudden “she maybe looked at it wrong” I am so over this pharmacy specifically this location. And the worst part is we can’t change because of one of the medications my husband takes is considered a controlled (not pain pills) but all of the pharmacies around here are full on being able to fill those so we are stuck here. Let this be a warning to all of you thinking Walgreens is the place to go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE. They will do nothing but drive you absolutely crazy. There is only 2 people that work in the pharmacy that have a clue what their doing and the rest Hate their job and hate you for having them do it.

Always helpful, friendly, and they try their best to get the lowest prices on our prescriptions. Whenever I have a question, answers are clear and complete. The pharmacy staff are terrific when we need help!
