This is where I took my mother for dialysis today. I was unable to move my car immediately due to getting my mom out of the car (she is mobility compromised) and a nurse came out and rudely told me to move the car. I said not until they take my mom inside. The nurse then copped an attitude and instead of asking me nicely, ORDERED me to move. I told her she didn't have to be such a b**** to me, so she went running for her supervisor, who made things much worse by coming out AFTER I HAD MOVED THE CAR and when I refused to engage with her, she ripped open my car door and told me they were refusing my mom treatment. (Which they legally cannot do.) They did treat my mom, but if this is the way they treat family members, how on earth do they treat the patients. Yes, I understand that things are rough in the healthcare industry right now, but they chose this profession and are paid to do their jobs. I am not paid to receive this kind of treatment. Apparently, DaVita hires nursing staff that were unable to make it in hospitals or other healthcare settings. Low quality care and low quality service. Along with just plain rude manners. Does your mama know you treat people like this? I should have called the cops and charged the supervisor with assault.
