12:50 pm on Saturday, 7/5 and your “closed for fresh…reopen when done.” Not sure what this l but you had lots of turnarounds. We were in our way to the state pro and needed snacks and drinks, sunscreen, and things.

Let me start by saying that I usually only come here in case of emergency. This certainly isn’t the first time this has happened, which is why I’m posting it. The woman at the front register is almost never there!! And if/when she is she’s on her phone on “Speaker Mode.” Today after about 4 times of trying to get her attention, she FINALLY came to the register. She was going on and on about her personal problems in front of customers, which was crazy! She also mentioned in the conversation that she kept getting in trouble for being on the phone at work all of the time. Ha I thought that was very ironic! Also, the Self Check Out was closed so this was the only way to leave the store with the products without stealing, which I’m sure happens a lot anyways at this location giving the lack of attention to the store from the employees. Anyways, there are literally Dollar General stores EVERYWHERE so this may very well be my last visit to this one.

Old system. Do not go. It will not sort digital coupons. I ask manager and checkout clerks. No help. Go to Milan they have updated system. Lesson learned.

Very disappointed. Been shopping here for years but the new staff just sucks and are extremely rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend shopping here unless you like doing business with people who obviously hate there job and life. I personally will not be shopping at this location anymore.

Person a on register duty at the time ignored their manager yelling at them then suddenly ran out as I went to the self checkout instead

This store is BIG TIME RACIAL PROFILE ignorance!!! DIVERSITY TRAINING is needed at this store Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Employees Sits around the register talking not of any assistance to customers.This is 2023 so much Ignorance .
