The food was so-so and the service made the experience so bad they won't have to worry about me spending my hard earned money here again. The young lady at the front counter was so rude to not only me but everyone on the phone and everyone else. Orders were taking 30-45 minutes to get ready. I don't mind waiting for good food, but the food wasn't good and the seasoned fries had no seasoning on them. The place was nasty(especially the bathroom) and the overall experience left so much more to be desired. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Ordered eggrolls from all star on Highway 64 in bartlett lastnight at 9:20pm. My husband picked up the egg rolls and brought them home and they were over cooked and hard. I told him to take them back up there, but by the time he got back up there they had just closed. I called today and spoke to the manager, first he had no apology to give, secondly he sounded like he didn't give a care at all. He told me i had to bring the food back up there to get it remade, i told him i had pictures and threw the food away. Long story short that's the policy to bring the food back even if it's the next day that you have to bring it back after i get off at 730pm. Spent $80 on 50 party wings that were okay and 8 egg roll that were overcooked. I usually buy eggrolls every week from them since I've been on a eggroll kick and they be so good, but I won't be returning for business after the terrible egg rolls i got last night and the response i got from the manager for my complaint. Customer lost.

The lady on the phone refused to take our order without giving her our credit card number over the phone. We said we were on the way we wanted to pay cash and led us to believe they would go ahead and make them . she just hung up. We get there and the wings were not ready. I asked for a manager. She called the manager , but didn’t let me speak to them . She told the manager we ordered over the limit (we ordered 15 wings) which a limit was never told to us over the phone . The worker was rude, impolite, and had no manners at all. Left ordered over the phone and went to Don Dons on Bartlett Blvd and had a much better and more pleasant experience with their staff.

Haven’t had a chance to taste the food but service on a busy Super Bowl day was amazingly AWFUL! No issue with pre-payment. Understandable. But don’t assign me a time to pickup my food up a week in advancement and I arrived on time and still don’t receive my food. My pick up time was 430pm and it is now 545pm and I have YET to receive my food. When asked for my money back I was told no refund but I have yet to receive my food and this was a miscalculation of time on the business part! So basically I was robbed of my money, time and possibly my food. New management? Seems to be a family member of the same ol' management!UPDATE: To top it off… Once I received my order, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered WHOLE wings and received PARTY wings. It’s safe to say I won’t be back.

3 out 3 times I was given a pickup time and when arriving after the time, still had to wait no less than 30 minutes. The last 2 times most of my wings were too hard to eat and yesterday the wings and fries were too hard. I've given them enough time and money and I will never be going back. The owner seems money driven bc they never fail to get payments before taking your order but always fail to mention the kitchen is behind...and the place is freezing and has nasty flying traps in the ceiling....never again

I ordered a 50 pc with 3 flavors ; honey garlic, honey hot, and regular hot; all with lemon pepper and extra crispy. I ordered the veggies and ranch/blue cheeses. When I arrived they didn’t have all 3 flavors so I had to wait for them to remake them. The owner came out and seemed upset that they got my order incorrect . I waited so long and would’ve left but it was for my job. When I left, and we started eating the wings were not crispy and were undercooked , still bleeding and no dressing . I was SO DISAPPOINTED. They probably eventually close business because they don’t care and I the wings aren’t cheap. I will not go back nor recommend them.

I ordered 2 10 piece wings via DoorDash. I could smell the old burnt grease when I received the food. Upon tasting the wings they tasted exactly how they smelled, like old burnt grease! I called the store and was told there is nothing they could do about the taste of the food. It was total waste of my money! I will never ever order anything else from this place! Terrible food and terrible service! Stay clear of this restaurant unless you like nasty food and bad service!

Food was not up to part at all fries was even nasty , than you put a pinch of season on the hard fries. Chicken wasn't fried hard enough . The skin took forever to eat cause it was so chewy and the chicken was lightly sauced an I mean lightly like the whole meal was bad down to the hard crust roll . Please invest in the super soft ones. To much money spent for a horrible meal.

Old soggy, cold wings and veggies.wings seemed previously fried with thrown on sauce and way too much sauce.I would hope the food is better if you come to the restaurant, but what I received via Doordash was NOT consumed. Don't sale what you will not eat.

Avoid at all costs! I haven't eaten All Star wings in awhile and I wish it stayed that way. They used to be on point, only problem being they refused to answer the phone when calling in orders even when you know they're looking right at it. I recently ordered 10 whole wings and I wasn't impressed at all. The meat tasted horrible, like burnt or old. Won't be a returning customer!!!

I would give 1 star but the lady at the counter was very polite and not once got rude. However, she told me my order wasn’t there when I knew where I placed my order at. When I initially got there she told me it wasn’t ready… after waiting an additional 30 minutes I went back to the counter and she told me they didn’t have an order for me. Then she proceeds to help 1,000 other people with 1,000 other things….. okay… so i’m constantly looking at her and the bag that’s been sitting on the counter for atleast 15-30 minutes betting that it’s mine. She FINALLY looks at that particular bag and of course it was my food :)… at this point wet and soggy. I paid for hot food and I waited for hot food. You not about to hand me no soggy wet food and think I’m not going to complain. What is this??? So I sent everything but my honey gold wings back because they weren’t in as bad condition as the other wings and fries and I was just ready to go at this point… They redo the hot wings which I’m sure they just heated and resauced lol so at this point i’m still waiting for my fries… waiting patiently and haven’t said anything. Then I hear the lady at the front counter telling people they are out of fries… so now i’m wondering what I’m waiting on so I go and ask about my fries and she goes “oh yeah I forgot to tell you we are out of fries, would you like okra or onion rings” like am I that unimportant that you 1. don’t realize my order sitting on the counter and 2. “forget” to tell me yall out of fries after I’ve waited over a hour at this point. I was totally disturbed by the service I received. And when I voiced my concern to the manager he look me upside my head like I’m crazy! He never apologized… just voiced it was a mistake like I shouldn’t be upset because it was a “mistake”. Next time I’ll just stick to Supreme where I usually go and NEVER have issues. If you want good wings and quality service go to Supreme wings.
