I was not greeted when I walked in to have lab work done. I waited ten minutes and politely said, "Hello." The response from the staff member was very disrespectful. I need my labs done. I do not need to be ridiculed. I would go anywhere else if I had a choice.

Was greeted when I arrived and didn’t have to wait for my appointment. Was in and out within 10 mins!!
