This was my first time visiting Blossom and I had a great experience from the time I walked in. I was greeted immediately and told to check in. After that I chose my color and I was seated soon after. I got a pedicure and manicure with Kevin and he made sure I was taken care of the entire time. He asked questions and made sure I was comfortable during my service and he also kindly answered any questions I had. He was sure to take his time, I didn’t feel rushed at all and my manicure and pedicure were both great. He was gentle and my polish is super neat! I will definitely be returning and hope to get Kevin again!
Cleanliness: Very clean environment.

First of all, No one greets you upon checking in on the kiosk any I had an appointment for a gel Mani/Pedi and still waited 40 minutes. I was on a time constraint and let one of the nail techs know so when it was time to do my nails they were so messy, uneven, and the nail tech who generally doesn’t work there kept trying to half fix her mistakes by repainting and filing over the work she’d done. Needless to say I was told to come back and get them redone as they were only charging me $50 for my gel pedi. I’ll never go back if this is how I’m treated when spending my money.

I want to Thank Virginia at Blossom Nail and Spa. I came in with jacked up nails that I had done In Texas for July 4. She was very patient wen it came to trying to remove the polish that was on my fingers. She also was Friendly and We found out we live in the same Neighborhood. Also That Staff was very Nice wen I entered thru the Door. Nice job Guys I found me a New Nail shop

Nail staff do basic nails. I think it would be good for them to get some experience nail staff that can specialize in the hottest trend in nails

I visited this nail Salon on Saturday 07/06/24. When I entered the building I was immediately greeted. Everyone seemed to be very friendly eventhough they were busy. I approached the counter and told the young man what service I wanted. I did notice there is a large sign with the services provided and the cost. This means a lot to me because I have visited nail shops and it feels like they make up a price as they go along. I had my toes done and they looked fabulous. I left satisfied and I would highly recommend this place. Although it was a far distance from where I live; it was worth the trip.
Requested style: I requested a polish change with the French manicure on my toes.
Cleanliness: The shop was very well lit and clean. The restroom was clean and smell really nice.
Stylist: Mia was the nail tech, she did a nice job.

Very slow service. I went in for soak off and full set. It took over an hour for them to get to me on the soak off but by that time I had to go. I tried to leave several times they insisted I stay and still charged for me a soak off even though there was still acrylic on my nails
