I had called about getting a new phone that my dad was gonna help me pay for and the lady told me I could come in and it would be no problem to use his card. (I called to make sure before I wasted my time coming in) I came in the next day and the same lady told me that they can’t do that and to call customer service to have the phone shipped to this store. I called customer service and they told me they don’t do that. Go to the one near wolfchase and save your time

Chyna saw me immediately upon arrival and took care of my business. On my way out I asked her if it was possible to help me with my phone’s connection in my car that’s been down for months. The car place had tried and tried to fix and failed. She hopped in car, made her assessment and had it working in minutes. You go girl!!! Fantastic service!

Past 3 months I've used the kiosk machine and it always charges my son's credit card twice! Of course Att always says no it didn't and it takes my son 2 to 3 months to get his money back! I will never use kiosk at this location ever again!

Every last one of the store associates were amazing. They went above and beyond to help meet my needs from the moment I walked in until I left. The hospitality was everything you never really get that these days. Two reps walked my toddler around and entertained her while my sales rep worked quickly to get my services started! I love att Cordova.

I came by the AT&T store to pick up a case for my Android Samsung S24. I traded my S22 and ended up with $800 credit and a $100 dollar gift card from Costco at Hackscross.The AT&T store staff was great. However, with my costco discount, my new phone was free and has amazing features, including A.I. and answer assistance, if I'm not sure who is calling. The phone will answer for me! Super cool! Ask for Ian at the Costco he was super smart and willing to help me get everything set up!
