I came by the AT&T store to pick up a case for my Android Samsung S24. I traded my S22 and ended up with $800 credit and a $100 dollar gift card from Costco at Hackscross.The AT&T store staff was great. However, with my costco discount, my new phone was free and has amazing features, including A.I. and answer assistance, if I'm not sure who is calling. The phone will answer for me! Super cool! Ask for Ian at the Costco he was super smart and willing to help me get everything set up!

Experience was weird. Was getting off of my friends phone plan and getting my own phone plan. Employee did not go over prices and plans. Signed me up. Ultimately left with a phone plan that I did not decide and as I am looking online is $15 more than what the employee told me the plan cost.

Brandon at the Cordova Germantown Parkway store assessed my needs and listened to what my concerns were, and we selected the phone and plan best suited for me. It was a great experience!

The store manager, Danny and DT went above and beyond the call of duty to do a phone transfer for me which was complicated because my phone was on my niece’s account in Michigan. It was one of several phones transferring from Verizon to AT&T. After the transfer to my new IPhone 15, I was even helped the next day for an issue with the phone. I had my cell phone with AT&T for several years before transferring to Verizon a couple years ago. I always got great service at this AT&T location. I just want the powers at be to know that this store location is lucky to have such great employees. So glad to be back with AT&T.

I would like to give a shout-out to Aldrin, the amazing representative at this location. (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly, sorry I’m terrible with names). I got stuck with a bill that was charged incorrectly. While trying to resolve it through customer care line, I was getting the runaround and wasted so much time and was feeling beyond frustrated. He went above and beyond to call customer service on my behalf and got the issue resolved. He is very professional. He’s the only representative who truly cared and advocated for me, as opposed to 5 representatives whom I talked to on the phone today and at least 7-8 others whom I talked to over the phone and in other stores from previous days. (Each time with customer service line, I had to wait anywhere between 25 min to an hour, you see my frustration?).If you are the owner of the store and reading this, please give Aldrin a raise. It’s very hard to find good employee who truly cares these days.

Latario Anderson (LA) helped us and was so so patient and helpful. He helped my dad get a new phone and set it up. He explained everything and even let my dad show him lots of pictures of his dog. Thanks, LA!

Dude you also gave me the wrong case , Att is a painful experience . Get ready to have your time wasted and be lied to multiple times in store at different stores (the stores just contradict each other ) and over the phone . I've never had such a bad CONSISTENT experience with a company . Fair warning if you're switching to save money it's not worth it . The service is not comparable to T-Mobile . That goes for customer service and phone service .

Kim Davis at the Cordova, TN location on Germantown Parkway was extremely helpful tonight as we upgraded 3 of our phones. Very patient. Very knowledgeable. Advised us of numerous ways to save $ on the phone cost, etc. Excellent experience!
