I don't usually leave reviews but this AutoZone was absolutely horrible. Went to the cashier to ask for an engine filter for my car and they reluctantly attended to me (there was one other customer and 3 available employees taking amongst one another) with a reluctant attitude one of them looked up my car and told me to go to the back and search for it myself making no effort to do it himself. When I came back to ask for help finding it someone else had to come with me the original cashier that helped me did not even finish my order as he was too busy talking to his co-workers until someone else decided to check me out. There is a complete lack of interest in working and helping customers, I will never come back to this AutoZone.

This location usually provide great service. However, it's been lacking in the past few months. Customer service and hospitality has dropped tremendously. My experience today was a prime example of this. The fellow pushing product on me without questioning my requirements. I guess he felt he know what was best for this old master technician. We'll, he was wrong. He needs to be training in customer service or dismissed.

I came to this store yesterday because a penny fell into my charging port and blew a fuse. I knew it was a fuse issue and wanted to fix it myself versus waiting until Monday when the dealership open. Initially the sales associate inside told me to wait until the dealership opens. However, Tracy a floating manager walked right in, told me to pop my hood and we figured it out together. She was friendly and very helpful! The men were not even trying to help at all. This was a women! Young and beautiful! Customer service top of the line!!!! I wish’s i could give her 10 stars for the above and beyond treatment i was given right before closing time.
