A great experience replacing my phone battery. It took about 8 days to get the battery, but then they installed it in less than an hour and it works great. I first booked an appointment online. They called to say it couldn't be done on the date requested because they had to order the battery, but still gave me the 10% discount since I had tried booking it online. Next time I need a phone battery replacement, I'll definitely have it done here.

I didn’t know Batteries Plus replaced watch batteries. I called several places and couldn’t believe what cost to replace a watch battery. I just happen to think about Batteries Plus since I gotten a battery for my alarm sensor. I called and what you know that replace watch batteries…way cheaper. I visited the Cordova store and the young was helpful, pleasant, and patience. I never go anywhere else for this again. They sell anything associated/uses a battery.

Shopping here with Kendrick McVay was a sincere pleasure! He was knowledgeable of products and helped me find the best deal for what I needed. From the time I walked in the door until I left, he was friendly, attentive, and helpful—it was refreshing to feel like a valued customer and not just an old woman that he didn’t want to bother with. Customer service at it best! AND they were the only store in Memphis who carried what I wanted! Said so on Google and we all know google is never wrong! LOL!!! So I did have to go out of my way a bit but the service Kendrick provided me made it worth it! Thanks KD for the kind assistance and help! Oh, and as I was leaving, another older lady walked in with questions and he jumped in to help her like a duck on a June bug. So kind and helpful!

last time I was there, this tall white male who was supposedly fixing phones was cussing and cursing, throwing out the S-word and the F-word like halloween candy. Guy should be fired.

The Cordova location sucks!! We ordered a key fob for our car. When the key arrives they could not program it and gave us back a $224 key that could only open the door. I called Sherry at the Bartlett location who had me to come by. They took the time to make sure my key worked and apologized for my inconvenience. Sherry and her team rocked!!!

Terrible customer service here. The store was completely empty other than a single employee. I dropped in to pick up an online order and you would have thought I interrupted this guy having dinner with his family. He barely spoke and looked angry that I was there.I left this same review with the survey that Batteries Plus sent me - and at the end of the survey they asked me to leave a Google review, so, yeah, happy to share with the entire world the issue I was trying to share with you privately.
