Worst gas station on Germantown parkway ,, screens are always frozen , almost always no gas or low pressure

AVOID THIS PLACE DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I JUST LEFT HERE AND THE SENIOR CASHIER CAN TO ASSIST THE NEW EMPLOYEE WITH MY TRANSACTION. WHEN I TOLD CASHIER C THAT THE DR.PEPPER WAS A PROMOTION WHERE IF YOU BUY ANY DR. PEPPER YOU CAN GET THE NEW BLACKBERRY DR
PEPPER FOR A $1. SHE WAS TRYING TO TELL ME I HAD TO BUY 2 DR.PEPPER IN ORDER TO GET THE BLACKBERRY DR.PEPPER. SO I LEFT THE COUNTER TO GO REREAD THE PROMOTION. THE MANAGER WAS TALK TO A POTENTIAL EMPLOYEE WHERE SHE RAISED HER VOICE AT THE M.O.D TO ASSIST ME. THE M.O.D AND THE CUSTOMERS ALSO VERIFYIED THAT I WAS RIGHT AND SHE WAS WRONG.
SHE AS AN EMPLOYEE AND DIDNT KNOW HER OWN PROMOTIONS. THEN THE DEBATE GOT HEATED WITH SEVERAL CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE I REMOVED MYSELF FROM THE CONFLICT YET SHE CONTINUE TO GET LOUD AND CAUSE A
SCENE . HER VOICE CONTINUE TO ELEVATE EVEN AFTER I REMOVED MYSELF. THE M.O.D WAS GIVING HER DIRECTIVES TO DE FUSE THE SITURATION. EVEN THE POTENTIAL NEW EMPLOYEE SHE WAS ASKING HER TO REMAIN PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE FAR REMOVED MYSELF MINUTES YET SHE KEPT SHOWING EVERYONE TBAT SHE WAS READY TO GO FARTHER. SHE WAS TOXIC, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND TO HAVE AN EMPLOYEE THAT WOULD NOT EVEN COME AROUND AND VERIFIED THE ACTUALLY PROMOTION. THIS WAS A TRULY HORRIBLE EXPERINCE. I SHOP AT CIRCLE K FOR THE INNER CIRCLE AND PERKS BUT TO BE ACCOSTED IN A STORE WITH SEVERAL CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE. EVEN THE POTENTIAL APOLOGIES ON CIRLE K BEHALF.

Instead of acknowledging the customers in front of them at the register they would rather yell across the store to talk to other employees. Horrible customer service

Working in Memphis temporarily and staying nearby this gas station. This has to be the worst gas station I’ve ever been to when it comes to servicing your customers. First time I stopped by, they have a 16 year old working the cashier so no alcohol sales allowed during his shift. Fine. I leave.
Days later I come by and at 1:35 on a busy Sunday, they have the doors locked and they are closed.

Always out of gas. How is this even legal??! Any given day all the gas pumps will all have yellow Out of Service tags. Prime location with no gas.

This by far is one of the worst Circle Ks in the Memphis area enter at your own risk. Never had a positive experience at this location. Every time I go the self checkout is broken most of the time and the workers in here are rude and lazy always something wrong with this store be aware. Every time I get fuel inside the store either they claim "the fuel card system is down" or they always have an angry employee complain about which fuel card you use. Avoid this place if you can.

The pump's tap-to-pay was broken, the card reader wouldn't let my card out for almost 2 minutes, then when I paid in the store the gas pumped at the slowest rate I've literally ever seen at a gas station. Go somewhere else.

They advertise cash and credit prices, but even when you pay cash, they charge you the credit card price for gas. Staff was friendly.

Biggest problem with this place is that the employees keep parking in the one accessible spot and don’t care when called out on it. Hope you don’t need the spot or the ramp to come in cause you probably won’t be able to.

A lot of these reviews are kinda odd to see considering this place is my go to and around the corner from my house. The only gripe i have is the air pump not working and eating my 2$ last week and leaving me with less air in my tires lol..5 stars to try and balance out all the negative nancy’s it’s a gas station for Christ’s sake chill out. Many of those are old but since then it has gotten better. Car wash stil doesn’t work tho ;ppp
