Really nice store. Very popular so avoid weekend shopping it's busy. But it is definitely worth it. Lots of good stuff and great deals.

This place is always packed and you can barely find a parking spot. The employees at the pharmacy are rude and talk to you like you're stupid. The aisles are packed and it's very disorganized. I'm not renewing my membership.

I very much appreciated fine customer care I received yesterday at this Costco. Checking out I mentioned to (checker) Jasmine that I was frustrated that I had purchased I thought 2 bags of Freshpet dog food 1 or 2 weeks earlier not knowing it would now be on $5 rebate. Jasmine suggested I go to customer service & request a rebate for these (shortly) earlier purchases. I was thrilled to be given rebates due to Jasmine's thoughtfulness. I am 75 with new orthopedic procedures on both knees. My Costco purchases yesterday were over $300. Toward the end of loading it all in the van, my strength was badly waning. Just then Costco employee Rudy came over & with great warmth & care said: "May I finish loading your groceries & take your cart?" No one has better customer care than Costco.

Love Costco. However this product is dangerous. Purchased this #Jackscantinasalsa on 29 July after I tried it at Costco from a food demonstration. It was delicious in the store.
However, as you see from the picture even though there is a little over a month on Best Buy date, the salsa is spoiled. The container looked like it was ready to explode and the bottom was pushing out. The salsa itself was fizzy and sour.
I called the company, no answer. And then I did some research and apparently this is a known issue.
Do not buy.

I have been to Costco stores all over the country. This one today outshone them all.A lot of people went to the cash registers all at once. They were really slammed. They rose to the occasion in a mighty fashion. The lines were dealt with exceptionally quickly. It was amazing.Thank you.

Love the store and everything they offer. Go almost every other day to get milk because my kids and they are priced better than Kroger or any other grocery store. My past two experiences have really sucked. If I knew I had to wait over an hour for a chicken wrap I would have bought a slice of pizza or a hot dog. i was hungry when I arrived so I went to the counter to order food as soon as I arrived. shopped and got everything I needed in 20 minutes checked out and then waited 40 minutes for a crappy chicken sandwich that I will never order again. I watched multiple people order whole pizza after whole pizza and just waited and waited while everyone else got there food. Really pissed me off. 2nd occasion I go to the tire center and see what tires they have in stock for my car. I purchase the tires on Friday and set an appointment up on Tuesday because this is when I was available. I bring my two boys along again and ask how long it will take to get them on. Rob tells me 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs. I get a call 10-15 minutes later after they have removed my tires to find out they sold two of the tires and the service manager forgot to pull them from there stock. they no longer had them available. they try to upsell me on a more expensive tire that I did not want. they did find two other tires from another retailer but I have to wait over 3hrs so they could pick them up from where ever to get them installed. WTF. never again will I buy tires from you!!!!!!

We've only belonged to Costco for 6 months, but we have had great experiences and service. My only problem is that I am handicapped and sometimes I have trouble finding parking. I wish there was a simple solution to the problem. They have several handicapped spots, but they always seem to be taken. I've even left without shopping because I couldn't find a spot.

I had a horrible experience at Costco as I know that so many do! Employees were fairly, friendly on the sales floor but as soon as I walked up to the cashier, Melissa, her and her helper buddy treated me like I was a huge inconvenience! My husband and I spent $1,000. You would think that they could be a little friendlier and patient! We had a large order!!! She was rude the second I walked up and he was just throwing my stuff all over the conveyer belt, with no consideration of my purchases! My husband was trying to bag items as fast as he could and the guy was just throwing our items into the cart! They weren't even busy at this time! There was no one behind me in line! A nice man walked up and thanked us for spending so much and being a valued customer and mentioned us upgrading to an executive account because we DO spend A LOT but Honestly, I don't even want to shop here anymore! I have better experiences at Kroger and even, Walmart!!!

Stood in line for 5-7 minutes at Customer Service for Cathey to tell me to get behind 3 other people who had just come in with returns. Despite me politely telling her I had already been there, she was very rude and I walked out without renewing my membership and will be going to Sam’s Club. She had seen me standing there for the last 5 minutes and instead of just people polite decided to take her bad day out on me.
Customer service is EVERYTHING so please make sure you have the right people working the desk! You lost a 10 year member today.

I love Costco. I think they offer great prices on so many products from electronics to home goods and food staples. I just wish there was a Costco Warehouse closer to my home!

While I have almost always been please with shopping at Costco; I have now decided that their Same-Day Delivery "powered by Instacart" is something else ENTIRELY! IF Instacart doesn't correctly deliver your order it's quite an ordeal to try and contact them for correcting it. I ordered (2) quantities of an almost $30 item that they only delivered one of. When i finally figured out how to get ahold of them to fix it (because it's NOT through the Instacart app) they promised to credit my account and it would be automatically applied on the next order. However, on the next order I saw that the email receipt didn't reflect the credit. When I contacted them they said it was because I had ordered wine & the credit couldn't be applied. They said it would automatically be applied on the next order. So in the next order I placed in Nov., I did not order any alcoholic beverages and still it was not applied. I spent 29 minutes on hold on their Instacart support line today (888) 246-2021 to in Italy be told by the nice gentleman that my credit had expired 12/6/21. I explained that I was not told there was an expiration and was pretty frustrated. he put me on hold to speak with a supervisor who in Italy was only going to credit $10 to my account. But after I explained that wasn't acceptable bc I was told the credit was going to automatically be applied to my next order which was BEFORE the expiration date. I insisted on speaking with this supervisor. It was on hold again & the gentleman said his supervisor approved the full amount of credit after all. After I hung up, I tried calling back to ask another question about how to make sure I followed whatever rules there were in my next order but the lady I spoke with (at the SAME number) said she wasn't able to access my Costco Same-Day account (even thought the gentleman had been able to previously) and couldn't verify the credit. She gave me the Costco (800) 774-2678 number to get assistance. Costco's automated system at that number offers NO Same-Day Delivery assist, nor is there an option to speak to a live person in order to get assist finding the correct department! I tried finding something online; however, it simply says to contact Instacart Support at the number above! SO, I have NO good comments about Costco or Instacart after this ridiculous lack of customer service that their Same-day service offers! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I can't say enough good things about this Costco, especially the tire center at this location. All the staff I have interacted with at this location have been so friendly and caring!
