I personally never shopped at Ethan allens,but my mother did for years.she died 2 years and I now have her old furniture and it still looks good as new and she had this furniture for 20+ years like I said it still looks as it did when she purchased it.i have China cabinets I don't need and don't know what to do with them.any suggestions? Maybe you can refer me to a furniture store that buys old furniture

This company offers high-quality home furniture. The texture, design, and feel of their products are simply better than what is offered by the competition, and that is why we pay more for it. But, the reason we are writing this review is to talk about the exceptional level of customer service the staff provided us. The process of choosing, making, and delivering the furniture we wanted for our forever home took eight months. This was more than enough time to provide their staff with the opportunity to demonstrate and for us to evaluate the quality of their custom service. It is our opinion that the quality of the customer service far exceeds the quality of the furniture we bought.Thank you, Ethan Allen, for your attention to detail in what you build and how you take care of your customers

Great selection but almost too many. As you have to find the style you like first and then choose fabric. A perfect place if you have a true idea for what you want. Where we were shopping to determine what was available and was needing something to jump out as that perfect set. Which they most likely can make, but you are looking at standard furniture and having to imagine.

First our family is 3rd. generation customers. We appreciate and admire the professionalism shown by Melinda Pittman. She is a valuable asset to the Memphis location. Melinda has advised and helped us several occasions. We look forward to working with her again soon. She has a tremendous understanding of our needs and has always been able to find just the right piece for the spot we're looking to fill.

We ordered a beautiful chair for our nursery. It arrived and had stains on the ottoman. We have reached out multiple times to have it resolved and there is no plan in place despite being told someone would come evaluate the stains and develop a plan. Such a disappointment. We will not be working with this company ever again.

Staff was friendly and ready to help, BUT the blinds "showroom" was pitiful in its display. I'm used to going in somewhere and being able to see a good variety of ACTUALLY WORKING pieces. The lady blamed them not working because of some kids that had recently come through AND her sales representative NOT DOING HIS JOB when called about a problem. She said it might be weeks before he would come by. She mentioned the representative who services Nashville is great. I'm not going to make a big decision about a possible set of blinds from a 3 inch section in a sample book.

We enjoyed a wonderful experience by phone, email, and then in person with the Ethan Allen folks in Germantown, Tennessee. Melissa Pittman gave us expert advice on the color and design for our new sofa, delivered and handled by two very polite and kind young men. And we now await with excitement my husband’s new recliner. For that, we went to the store so he could try out every style. For color and fabric we depended on the designers, Melissa and Julie. These ladies know what they are doing and we will continue to talk with them, express our wishes, and trust them to make our home look warm and welcoming. Thank you, Ethan Allen, Memphis/Germantown!

I have nothing but great things to say about my Ethan Allen experience. Melinda Pittman was a joy to work with. I wasn't really sure what style I liked when I walked into the store, but she took the time to help me identify what is important to me so that I would be able to make choices that I would be happy with. Melinda is an experienced designer who really cares about her customers. I highly recommend her and this Ethan Allen store.
