This location is the most unorganized and employees just disrespectful and treat you like trash in this place.I stop going to this one a while but said ok, I will try but things have not change at all.Going in to ship they see you standing there in the shipping part but looking right at you and then a few minutes later oh you standing in the wrong spot.That store is horrible customer service suck it crazy how, I stay in the area but have to go to other stores to get better service.

I’ve been a frequent visitor of this Fedex Office location and I am always satisfied with my experience. It is always clean and everything always works. The staff is always willing to help with any issues that come up for me!

Place is a total joke. Went in there around 6:45 to pickup my ordered. Text messages and emails showing delivered today at 5:30 at the Germantown Rd location. First the extremely rude associate told me it was returned because it has been 5 days (false, it was delivered today) Second she said it must be at another location and for me to drive there and check (wrong, the email and tracking clearly stated the location I was at) and thirdly said it’s not here!! I asked for her name so I could inform the manager tomorrow when I tried again to pick up the package and she said “You don’t need my name” and stuck her head up. That’s done, I will leave reviews and complaints until this very rude, misinformed, sloppy, poor customer service associate apologies for this behavior. Uncalled for, and I feel bad for the owner of this FedEx Print location.

My favorite customer service representative is Alisha she is always attentive to me and all of the other customers. I send prints to the Cordova location on a daily basis and whenever I arrive Alisha recognize me as a regular and greet me with my documents in hand. There is another lady that has blonde hair with glasses she is also one of my favorites they make my job easy. Thank you Alisha and the brown skinned lady with the blonde hair for excellent customer service.

I miss Asia! I put in an email order with my name & number on Thursday to pick up on Saturday & no one got back to me at all stating they received my design & when it will be ready. I called the location & asked him was my order ready & Lee answered the phone & said, “it sounds like we can’t do anything for you today & hung up in my face.” So, I went to the location & asked the manager Lee who is responsible for the replying back to the emails orders & he said everyone! So, you telling no one there has any accountability for confirming all the emails. Well in that case everyone needs to be fired! I don’t recommend this location at all clearly it is unorganized, horrible customer service & will do business there again!

I WENT TO FAX SOMETHING AND ALMOST GOT BEAT UP BY AN ANGER WORKER! I never in life experience anything.. This lady had an attitude from the start.. Ms.Rita refuse to assist me with faxing some items.. Because she didn’t want to help me.. I proceeded to tell her manager Lee and he only made it worst.. He told he wasn’t going to help and place my card down and slid it to me all because I said customer service was dead.He then told me to leave the store without helping me or giving me my money back.. So I was about lose $15 and paper still wasn’t fax.. By this time I was calling service.. That’s when the assistant manager Mr.Lee tried to help.. By this time I was over him.. So he then go get the store manager.. While talking to the store manager. Ms.Rita was taking off her glasses bucking her eyes at me.. She also was jumping at me like she wanted to fight.. She was very childish. I’m thinking she thought I was a child and was going to engage in her stupidity..

The store did have a few customers... However,when it was my turn and line the store was completely clear.. The worker wanted to take my name down so did she could get to my simple project later , although the store was completely empty... She did state it was her & one other person, but store was clear at that time

I used this place to print party invitations, and they turned out great. It looked exactly like the image I uploaded. There were even envelops included and an extra 2 invitations in case I messed up. The order was ready the same day! Highly recommend.
