The store did have a few customers... However,when it was my turn and line the store was completely clear.. The worker wanted to take my name down so did she could get to my simple project later , although the store was completely empty... She did state it was her & one other person, but store was clear at that time

I used this place to print party invitations, and they turned out great. It looked exactly like the image I uploaded. There were even envelops included and an extra 2 invitations in case I messed up. The order was ready the same day! Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever at 1130 Germantown parkway - the place used to be nice , employee RITA L had an attitude big-time!! Luckily I was shredding personal information that I didn't want compromised, I would have called her everything but a black woman - has an an attitude and threw my receipt on the counter , Karma will catch up to this place one day....

We had a great experience using the self-service copy machine to make 1,000 copies at this location on Mother’s Day. Asia had to help us multiple times with our finicky order, and she was super sweet and treated us as if we were the only customers in the store (and we weren’t — she was just somehow everywhere at once and so calm and friendly!). She was amazing, and I would definitely visit this location again because of her great customer service. Thank you, Asia!

Hello, and I went into your store to ship some things back to Walmart. I was helped by a man named Jason & Paige. Jason was the most rude person I've ever had to help me. He was very disrespectful and talked in a thug manner,not proper English. I've always know fedex to be a professional company. He had a smirk on his face and was not helpful at all. I had some storage containers to start and he was not knowledgeable of how to ship the items back. I put the 2 smaller containers in the larger container and he said said nah, I ain't gone do dis and walked away mumbling. The black girl who would not give me her name (she had her hair in a tight bun) chimed in and started mumbling speaking in a thug manner saying she didn't have to give me her name and she didn't care if I called corporate and such. Paige came over and tried to be somewhat helpful while the girl who wouldn't give me her name and Jason were talking and laughing. I ended up not shipping my items from there because I was so upset!!!!! I've never been treated so badly at an establishment!! FedEx should require their employees to be professional. There are too many people who would love that job. They were telling me to leave the store amount all the thug talk they were saying to each other. They were laughing and smiling saying nothing would happen to them. They need to be punished severely. As I was leaving I was on the phone with customer service and I told them I'm sure they will have a change of heart and change their tune once I speak with the manager of the store and the corporate office and they told me I was threading them. It was like being ganged up on 3 against me. Like I said, I've never been treated like that in all of my 50 years. I asked for the manager and they told me he was out for 2 weeks. This experience has ruined my whole day. I couldn't even finish the rest of my errands as I'm still so upset. I was shaking all over when I got in my car.

Memphis Retail does not know how to spell customer service. Then you enter this store and you are actually being treated like a real customer, friendly, knowledgeably, and with respect. It’s like entering the twilight zone. It shows that FedEx treats their employees with respect. Give Ms. ASIA an award, FedEx, she makes you proud.

I went to Fedex to get another Passport photo. The one I took at Walgreens was horrible. Asia assisted me at store #0839. She took an amazing photo with me and was very patient. She took a few until it looked great and even told me to fix my hair so it wouldn't look crazy! Her beautiful smile and personality brightened up my day! I told my friends to go there for a passport photo as well.

I had to return 4 tires that were shipped to me through FedEx. The tires were shipped 2 each and wrapped in Saran wrap. I went to return them and was told they had to be attached somehow and that the store didn't have any wrap. A shipping store without shipping materials. When I asked if there were other ways I could attach them the employee just told me "I don't know" and sent me on my way to figure it out myself.

The old ho with the glasses and freckles so rude and got a smart mouth. you ask a simple question she get to running off at the mouth. she makes the entire store look just as bad as her wig. customer service is terrible. I got a package delivered here because I wasn’t going to be home to get it and I knew I had to sign for it. The address on my ID didn’t match the address on the package so I had to go get a piece of mail with that address on it even though it was a different name on the mail which makes 0 sense because my name isn’t on the mail. she gone tell me “it’s a lot of people with your name google it” she met her match today though with her miserable, bad wig, big glasses, bad built a**.

Terrible costumer service! I went there to print a few things for my daughters party. I went straight to the computer and printed and it came out Terrible like the printer was half way out of ink. That's when I noticed the out of order sign on the printer. I went to the desk and asked how else to get it printed since they looked so bad. She said I'll have to email it to FedEx and print it on the self serve printer. I asked for a refund and she said "well there is an out of order sign." I said when have you ever gone to the printer first? It should be posted at the computer or even take the color printer off as an option . She told me she would refund me with a huge attitude. I never saw that money again . That's why they lost a customer

Every time I order a print through my Company, the order is not printed correctly or is incomplete. No one cares about doing quality work, even with minimum wage raised. I ordered (3) binders for (3) separate business accounts, with (3) different serial numbers and they were all mass printed with the same serial number. If my Company would just cancel our FedEx account and print internally, this problem could finally be fixed! I expected more from FedEx, especially from Memphis, TN!

Ask for Asia at the Cordova location! I called 3 stores and was rushed on the phone and given inaccurate information! Asia saved the day!I call the store in Cordova and emailed my item to get enlarged. Asia called and took the time needed to hear what I needed. She gave me several options and quotes. She was patient! Literally the best customer service of the day!

Management, please train your staff in customer service, black light skin lady with curly hair was ruin and impatient, she needs training very badly in customer service. I understand you all are desperate for employees, but when you get this type of employee please train them properly, they only make your location look bad, and train them to speak properly even if you have to write a script out for them to go by. Thank you
