Very understaffed, causes delays in service. Even if you have an appointment, due to staff constantly calling in sick or whatever (thier claim), you're waiting over 2-3 hours, just for a basic oil change. This place needs new management and to hire more technicians who are reliable. Do not recommend this location.

Pam was my sales associates. I feel like she was very honest in the recommendations, even going as far as to have the mechanic personally point out all started issues. I would definitely recommend this location.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I called in the morning and they were able to get me a scheduled appointment later in the day. They called and provided status update and timeline for completion.

Let's start off with the Pros: front desk was friendly, and the facilities were clean and comfortable.
Cons: Scheduled an appointment at 12:30 for an oil change and car inspection, car didn't get taken back by 2:30 which is when I had someone pick me up. I didn't get the vehicle inspection email until 6:00, and ended up calling just before they closed at 7 and they hadn't even done my oil change. I didn't have any issues with the quality of the maintenance, but the timeliness of the service is enough for me not to come back.

Definitely should have paid more attention to the reviews. I could go on forever about their customer service and knowledge of auto mechanics. Always a line of unhappy customers and condescending comments from the staff. Definitely won't be returning. They really need to re-evaluate their staff and management choices.
