The Cordova location is THE BEST LOCATION! The guys in the front to the crew that repairs vehicles in the shop. Walker, Jeff, Mike, John, Cu, Reese, Ethan, everyone there is friendly and honest and they are thorough and respectful. They not only have fun and friendly to every customer that comes into that location. My car has been on their racks for a while now from the general maintenance needed to major gaskets changes and complicated repairs; these guys in the Cordova store are friendly, thorough, honest, and professional. THANK YOU TO ALL OF THE TEAM at the Cordova Firestone! Even when it comes to inspecting the least little light that pops on and they are ready to help in any case.

Jeff and Anthony were amazing! Our van broke down while out of town. We had to check out of our hotel and Jeff and Anthony were compassionate, quick to diagnose the problem and repair it. We were back on the road in no time. Thank you so much! You two are super heros!

Took in for a leak and was told I needed a new compressor dryer all new hoses. After I let them know it was all brand new they come back with we recommend it. They will rob you here. Took else where and paid 125 for a seal and replaced.

I wouldn’t recommend this Firestone unless you want to waist your whole day. My husband had an appointment this morning at 8am . He made one adjustment to what he was getting done to his car. I had booked my husband an appointment to get his brakes done and complete inspection to see what else was wrong with the car that needed to be fixed. Me and my husband decided to not to get the brakes done. Just put on the machine to see what was wrong with it. They told my husband that he had two cars in front of him . Only to tell him that they aren’t able to get to his car today. My husband has been sitting at this Firestone from this morning 8 until after 12 .
