I came into their store to inquire about a new washing machine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and given attention. I was shown various models and given multiple options. I expressed my concerns and budget. The lady, Mrs. Amy was very nice and came up with options to meet my budget but also offered a suggestion. She explained the differences in the different models and the value in spending a bit more. She was super helpful and helped me to choose an excellent machine. I spent quite a bit more than my budget but didn't feel up-sold at all. I feel like I made an informed decision and do not regret it all. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend Hamilton, and Mrs. Amy to anybody. A+

Helped a handicapped person with stove repairs at very reasonable price. Also replaced our built in 48 year old oven…perfectly fitted.

A customer service catastrophe: The meltdown of service technician Robbie.I recently had an incredibly disheartening encounter with the service technician Robbie from Hamilton's that has left me with a lack of confidence in their ability to deliver decent customer service. The incident unfolded when I scheduled a service call to address issues with my washer, and unfortunately, it turned into a nightmarish ordeal that one would only think would unfold in a fictional movie. As a fellow small business owner I try to promote other businesses. Leaving a negative review requires a horrific experience on my part, and was done with much consideration.The tech came out diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and said he would return either the next day if not it would be the following to install the part. We attempted to contact the office inquiring about scheduling three times within the two days. Each time they would promise us a call back, and we never heard anything. To our surprise, the technician arrived unannounced, and seemingly unable to handle any criticism, took offense to my inquiries about the company's communication policies. Instead of addressing the legitimate concerns, he became defensive and irate. The situation escalated when, feeling insulted, he lost his temper and, unbelievably, stormed out before any resolution was reached.This incident not only left my appliance repair unresolved but also highlighted a complete lack of professionalism and accountability on the part of the technician. It is concerning that a representative of Hamilton's would respond to a customer's inquiries with such aggression, especially when the root cause of the frustration was the company's own LACK of communication. "Right now I'm so agitated that I'm shaking"Attempting to salvage the situation, I reached out to Hamilton's customer service to express my disappointment and seek a resolution. Unfortunately, this further emphasized the systemic issues within the company, as I was met with indifferent responses and a lack of acknowledgment for the technician's unacceptable behavior.In the end, I am left with a malfunctioning appliance, unanswered questions, and a profound sense of disappointment in Hamilton's customer service. The complete breakdown in communication, coupled with the unprofessional conduct of their technician, has led me to question the integrity of the company as a whole. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and explore alternative service providers who prioritize accountability, communication, and professionalism.Update: I did receive a call, and they extended an offer for me to acquire the needed part directly from their office. However, it was emphasized that Robbie would not be handling the installation. Regrettably, there was no apology for the initial incident, no acceptance of responsibility, and a complete lack of empathy for the predicament they had caused. I'm disappointed with the level of service I've received, and it's clear that my business isn't valued here. I'll be taking my business elsewhere where it's appreciated, as should you.

The technician came to my home. I am handicap. It takes me a while to get to the door I came. I tried to call him and let him know that I was on my way to the door. He never answered his phone. It is a shame that a handicap person has to be treated this way. Then he gets an attitude and says the only way that he will come back to my home is to charge me double on my service call. I tried calling him repeatedly before he left my driveway. He did not answer his cell phone. I do not recommend these people. They are rude. I called the customer service. The lady hung up on me. When I called back, she said that she told me that she would reach back out to me, which is a lie because she told me to hold on. I would never use these people because they are notprofessional.

Hamilton Appliance is honest and reliable. I bought my Speed Queen washer and dryer there awhile back. They have fixed previous non-Speed-Queen stuff, but I don't regret ditching those previous frontloaders and buying Speed Queens. I called yesterday about a busted dryer knob, and they were quick to come over today to install a new knob. To sum up: These folks truly take care of you. Thank you, Hamilton Appliance!!!

Three years ago, I made my last ever major appliance purchase at Lowe's Collierville. Maytag top load washer with agitator. Bought a five year warranty. 4 service calls over the past two years and numerous excuses later and even though we had two warranty years remaining, I called Hamilton's today at 1PM. In one hour...ONE HOUR...they had a brand new Speed Queen TR7 installed by an efficient, skilled, personable and knowledgeable crew of two professionals. Thanks, Hamilton! We are customers for life!

We normally buy appliances at Lowes, but had bad experiences the last few times, so went to Hamilton’s simply because it was near the donut shop my husband frequents!! Within a few minutes, we had a good deal on a dishwasher, to be installed, old model taken away, we were extremely pleased with the service and will buy all appliances there in the future. They ROCK!

Great experience. We have a Speed Queen washer and dryer and our dryer was on the fritz. The repair tech came out and worked through all the trouble shooting steps to get it back up and running. He was so kind and dealt with our chaos (we are mid move) with out any complaint. We are so thankful to have our dryer back up and running again and with school starting next week it couldn’t have come too soon!

Would not recommend this place. I called in advance to see if they had a GE stove. The lady told me they didn't have one then offered me a crosley brand thats made by GE. I told her no thank you I need a GE. She then said she found one but it was at the warehouse. I was give a item number and a price. Once I made it there she was writing a price 200 dollars higher on the invoice than I was given over the phone. I told her that's not the price I was given. She then remembered conveniently and adjust the price on the invoice. I continued with the purchase the stove was at the warehouse. I had to drive there for pick it up. Once we arrived at the warehouse I was then told they only had the crosley. I had to go back to the office for a refund. Once I arrived the lady simply wrote on the receipt and handed it back. I literally had to ask her about my refund because it didn't seem right.The crosley stove was mentioned/offered again.I said no it has to be GE. She then told me the account wasn't there she'll be back tomorrow. The refund would take days to get back on my card. Which was a complete inconvenience I felt like my purchase was under false pretenses. I called as a courtesy to let them know I would be calling my bank and etc. I didn't appreciate the situation. No I didn't want them holding such a large amount of my money when they knew what they had in inventory prior to the sale. The accountant today was sassy and the manager obviously was ok with this attitude towards and with customers. The manager/owner was listening in. Which I highly believe is the same person that sold the stove.Being nasty nice is never ok especially when a company is in the wrong.I was told I didn't want a refund.Anyone who do not want well over 1,000 refund isn't in their right mind. Then Tammy says I love paycheck to paycheck too. I never said I did. I said I didn't want them to hold my money. Huge difference. That was a insult as well.I highly recommend going to a establishment thats knows how to treat their customers.I was already in a crunch for time as I had explained only to be toyed with some more. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE.

On 12-29-22 I arrived at Hamilton Appliance Inc. 7546 Hey 70 #102 around 8:40 am. A representative named Ms Payton saw me looking inside, and she came to the door and let me in, although they didn't open until 9:00am. I told her what I was looking for and she took me to the item l needed. I bought that item on the spot!!! She was so friendly and kind along with the other lady in the store. Their appliances are top notch, including their used appliances. I bought a used appliance and it was 100% in great shape, and clean as a pen!. They also went above and beyond to get it delivered in the rain!!! I'm very pleased with the Hamilton Appliance Inc. Mike the delivery guy was awesome ??!!! This Company is "FIVE STARS⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. In need of appliances and great service, then Hamilton Appliance is the one for you!!!!! They also repair!!! Thanks Payton, Amy and Mike!!!!!♥️???♥️

My washing machine went out right before Christmas of course! Tammy was so helpful and made the buying process exceptionally easy. They had it delivered and installed the very same day. Delivery guys were so sweet and FAST! I bought the washer and had it installed and the old one hauled off in the same day. You don’t get that kind of service anywhere anymore. I’ll be a Hamilton customer for life!
