Poor customer service.It is advertised as walk-in friendly but only if you have a lot of time to wait(2+hrs). Even if you have an appointment, you are received as "unexpected"I'd avoid this location. It's not worth your time.There are better staffed HNR blocks in the city with honest wait times and sincere customer service.

If you need your taxes done correctly and quick, go see Terry Coggins. Very polite and professional. He showed me and my wife which way to file would be the best option for our situation. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Will return every year just for him to do our taxes.

Be away from this location, I have appointments with voice messages 4/11/22at 7pm and the day for my appointments,she said we don't have this schedule, but I show them proof appointments, the employee treatment was unprofessional, wanna to fight with me, never back on this location, bad behavior, be away, I'll fill a complain about this situation.

Too expensive. The receptionist and Jacqueline greeted me with smiles immediately. They quickly realized I was scheduled with a tax professional who was out of the office that day and asked if I was ok with being reassigned to Hao. Hao's knowledge of tax laws and his professionalism were exceptional.
