What happened? The layout is much smaller. Your showroom has definitely shrunk. The fact you’re already “shopping” before you even get to the restaurant and then can’t walk off your food is sad, nothing to really envision for your home anymore, you’re basically Walmart now 🙄
Your stock is low. Uninviting.
Your staff is still super friendly.
And what happened to the children’s land? Not that I ever used it 🤣

nice, lots of nice things like the rooms that they made but some things were expencive like this chair that costed $260 dollars too expencive for a chair and it was one chair only.

Employees were superfriendly and helpful, ut it seems like their stock was down we didn't find what we came for in cookware maybe will next time.

So wrong they ran out of everything and the coke tasted like Pepsi. Chicken tenders were out and it cost 6 dollars just for some salmon. Asked for a coffee and it had mold and coffee ruins in it. The flavor names were so wrong and the flavors were weird. Like lemon and lime flavor? That was sprite. Coke? Pepsi. Pear? Lime. Raspberry? Raspberry punch.NOT SPARKLING. Get better food tbh

After the remodeling there show rooms greatly reduced. This Ikea is really lacking and not much to see nor buy is available.

If I had to give it a star it would give it ZEROOO!! It was my very first time shopping in store. I got a desk for my room and paid it with card. mind you this was my last purchase I made with my card . The next day there was 4 transactions on my card that I did not do. My feeling is ikea has a pin card scam reader!! NEXT TIME PLEASE USE APPLE PAY IF THEY ACCEPT IT OR CASH !! I had to change my card and everything and will never shop there in my life!!!

Almost finished with remodel but not cleared labeld/marked. New vignette are awesome . Employees did not seem very knowledgeable.

We visited Memphis's IKEA as a family to shop and enjoy lunch, as we've done at locations in Portugal, Spain, and Florida. Unfortunately, this was the first time we experienced unfriendly service. The restaurant was out of fries, mashed potatoes, and decaffeinated coffee, and the staff seemed more focused on chatting among themselves than attending to customers.

This company is worst. I literally placed an order because the website stated they had a product in stock. I was told I would get my items a week later. A week later shows up and I’m told the items are on back order. Customer service states it will take a week for the items to come back in stock. Another week rolls around nd I still don’t have the items it’s now 2.5 weeks past my pickup date and I still have no items. Customer service stated the items are in stock at the store but in order for me to pick them up I need to repurchase the order and wait for a refund from the original order. This is the worst operations system I’ve ever had to deal with.

IKEA sells DIY furniture!
It is neater and better organized than other branches.
The shortcuts are well marked so it’s convenient.
The hot dogs here are really delicious!
I ordered it twice and ate it.
Wait, there is no restaurant corner ㅜ ㅜ
My family was disappointed that IKEA didn't have a European restaurant.

Still under construction, but very much pleased. The staff was kind & very helpful. We got some awesome buys, I will say it is way smaller than the California store but I was just happy to have one closer than California. Must try the food, swedish meatballs, mash potatoes & peas are the BEST.
