The last 2 times I've been to the store, the staff was unprofessional and rude! Today the store opened late and I was greated with nasty comments. I'm glad I have a choice! Why do these individuals still have jobs? OWNERS...are you paying attention?!

Just tried to come to the store at 3pm november 7th and there was a sign saying they were closed from 2:30pm to 5pm. I would understand if it was for a 30 minute break. But 2 and a half hours? With employees walking inside the store?

I have just recently moved to Memphis, and was a little disappointed that there were only 2 locations in the general vicinity. JoAnn has always been my go to destination for all things craft. This location, though new & beautiful, is the worst ever. Why? The employees are all rude & dismissive. Today I drove quite a way out of my way, at 1030 on a weekday. There is a sign on the door that said they were closed because they were receiving a delivery. No worries, I wandered around Sprouts next door for 30+ minutes. The sign is still on the door. This is just bad management. Do better, Joann, or you've lost my business forever.

Store hours are wrong. The lady who opened the door today9/18 was unprofessional and when she thought I left the store my husband witnessed her bad mouthing us and other customers to another employee. Do better Ma’am. Don’t let my looks have you stereo typing me. I was raised with manners and respect SISTA!

I do like this store and everything they have, but the worker who helped me cut my fabric, Verna, was extremely rude for no reason. I tried to respond with kindness and respect, but it only seemed to make her increasingly rude. She was also rude to my sweet little grandma. The supplies here is great and the girl who checked me out the past two times, Hannah, is wonderful, but Verna really put a damper on the whole trip.

I stopped by for a few sewing accessories. Lots of spring items were on super sale to clear out the seasonal aisles. Lots of home decor and garden accessories. I browsed the store on my way to what I needed and everything was clean and in its place.At the register, Destiny explained the rewards program and told me I could download the app for more coupons!! She was so friendly and helped me get the best deal I could!! I now have the app and an account set up for more savings in the future.I do normally shop at Michael's instead, just for cheaper items and when I need art supplies. Joann's can be a bit pricey but it pays off to play the "find the best coupon" game!

After I had a bad experience trying to get a wedding in memphis for a plus size girls. I went to Joan's for material and fabric designs to have my own style wedding made. They had many options to choose from and very kind employees who helped me with all my questions. I definitely will go back for any craft materials I may need in the future.

I went to Joann in Collierville on Dec 17. What a mess. As soon as I stepped through the front door I was met with a barrage of chaos as the fabric section was in complete disarray. I went there to purchase fabric but my fabric-buying mood quickly dissipated and I left empty handed.

This fabric store is close, so I keep giving it the benefit of the doubt to my own detriment. I've visited three times with three poor experiences. When they're using the jumbo "now serving" screen, they aren't. Last visit my name was removed and I was never helped. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason nor was anyone AT the counter. I had to find someone. This time they weren't using the screen so I formed a line only to be told the line went in the other direction after waiting there five minutes. Only one person, Ebony, was cutting fabric, and the woman she was helping had a dozen fabrics to be cut. Despite this and other store associates being around (and the by-the-cut line growing), no one came to help until I explicitly asked Ebony if someone could assist. This is after fifteen or twenty minutes of waiting and with one person (with eight cuts) still ahead of me. The CSRs aren't remotely friendly or welcoming, let alone proactive in ensuring high customer service. Despite this, the store is clean and well stocked, hence my three star rating.
