Great selection and always clean. Staff are always nice but a couple of times two people seemed to be lost on how I could pick up my online order. They were nice about it but we just kinda stood there awkwardly until another gentleman came up.

Both the Kohl's associate who was watching the counter for the Sephora associate before her return, were very rude, unprofessional, uncaring and cost me money and potential points savings if I had not rectified the last part. I was at Sephora inside of Kohl's on Germantown Parkway. Initially, the Kohl's associate was watching the Sephora counter and was unable to help direct me to a product, saying she didn't know anything about Sephora and was just watching the counter. Then, later the Kohl's associate rang up my purchase incorrectly, charging me $59.00 for a palette when there was a sign that said it had been reduced to $41.00. When I corrected her, she fusses at me, stating it was because I put in my Kohl's reward number instead of my beauty insider ID with Sephora. However, when I ask her to put it in, she said she was unable to find my Beauty Insider account when she was making little effort to even do so. Again, claiming there was nothing she could do and she knew nothing about Sephora. Then, the Sephora associate arrives and I explained the situation with the price. I gave her my information and she only pretends to find and add my beauty insider ID. I know this because I later noticed the points were not reflected on the receipt, so I had to later call Sephora myself to have them add the points for my purchase. I digress... I showed the Sephora associate the reduced price sign and she stated that she couldn't give me the reduced price since the price had gone back up, even though the sign was still there. I told her that it is common practice for any store to honor the price on the sign if still up and she refused. They were both smug, unprofessional, and indifferent and I feel like I overpaid for the palette in the end and was treated poorly. The Sephora associate first suggested I buy a mini palette. I told her that I didn't want a mini palette, I wanted the larger palette. Then, she goes to finish the checkout and just assumes I'm not getting the larger palette so she took it off. I had to tell her to put it back on but she still charged me $59.00 price instead of the $41.00 sale sign price. Also, I would not have earned my beauty insider points if I had not called Sephora later to add them. I have filed a complaint with Sephora and also with Kohl's as well. I took a picture of the sign. I guess my t-shirt, leggings, and no make-up look told her she didn't have to treat me like a deserving customer and maybe she assumed I couldn't pay the full price for a larger palette. The point was, I wanted the larger palette at the price it was advertised to be. And, it shouldn't matter how I'm dressed or made up. I was treated poorly by associates with poor customer service skills. Also, I have been a Kohl's card holder and shopper for years. Very disappointing. I started to go to Ulta in the first place and from now on, that's exactly what I will be doing.

I love shopping at Kohls on Germantown road. The staff here is wonderful... they know you by face if not your name and always greet you with a beautiful smile... Shot out to Barbara who assisted me on 5/30/25... thanks sweetie

Amazon customers beware! If you have a large oversized return, Kohl’s will not accept it unpackaged even though return instructions state that they will as long as it is in the packaging. I have an item that was packaged in shrink wrap, but I don’t have a way to shrink wrap this to get it back in the box. It is still in the plastic packaging, just not in the box. Because this was a large item, Whole Foods was unfortunately not an option for this return. Now I will have to buy a box to fit this item so that I can return it to a UPS store. I will absolutely not return to Kohls.

Poor communication, I've applied for a job twice just to be told I wasn't in their system when I literally had a interview with them, they don't let you know anything, just lack of communication and attitude.
