It’s the dead of summer and I went to buy a swimsuit, yet they had maybe 3 swimsuits in store to choose from and said if I wanted any of their hundreds of options I’d have to order online. Waste of time.

It was not a normal shopping experience. I did not feel comfortable shopping in the store compared to previous shopping experiences. The employees one weren't welcoming and following and hovering while shopping. I chose not to make a purchase after the experience.

The store was clean and organized and the associate that helped me was very nice. The only concern I have is one of the other associates was talking about the manager in a negative way while customers were in the store. She was complaining about the manager not allowing her to go to another store to work, as well as her only working one day. As a previous Manager myself, I understand why. God managers know the difference between good employees and dead weight. Anybody can show up, its what you accomplish while you're there that makes the difference. They need to explain to associates that customers are never to hear personal conversation, and you definitely don't curse in front of them.

Everyone there is so helpful, even when I bought and returned the wring size bra. They helped me find the right size and style and explained to me why the ones I didn't like were built how they are. 10/10 recommend

Mrs. Kelly was amazing!! & so we’re the other ladies who worked the back counter! However my experience with the store manager was unpleasant (white lady)she made me feel very uncomfortable. After spending almost 200$ she still asked me did I need any “help”. A total of 4 times. After multiple times I started to get annoyed by her stalking behavior. I simple told her “no… Thanks I’m just looking at the moment. “ We were excited to have found such good deals and it’s like she made us feel like we were stealing or if the cashier was doing something illegal! I needed more clothes so I didn’t want to miss a good deal. (Reason why after I checked out I wanted to find some more attire) as soon I left the checkout I saw a sweater that caught my eye & guess what here goes the store manager breathing down my neck & the cashier back asking her questions about why we are buying the last jacket?? like she was about to catch us in the “act of criminal behavior “ Is it illegal or something to go back & pick up another jacket after spending almost 200$? There was no need for such passive aggressive harassment. I might just have to try torrid next door. To Mrs.Kelly & the other ladies besides the “store manager” you made my experience the best ???also to the store manager please turn in your manager badge and let one of the other nice pleasant ladies run this establishment until you know how to not to discriminate! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ << this is for the ladies at the counter “except the store manager “

I can not tell you how much Kelley and Melody helped me with picking styles and sizes.You 2 are excellent and I hope Lane Bryant acknowledges how amazing you are. And ladies i got to my my car and my k-love was on and I rolled down the window and sang his praises on the way home. My spirit is lifted ?? ? ❤️?✝️

The best lane bryant in memphis tn. They always carry the size I need in which the other stores usually don't carry. The customer service is great also.

Today I tried to use a $20 bill to pay the $1.65 cent I owed on the item I purchased. Anette (receipt said Cornelius) told me she did not have change for the $20. I dug in my purse and found $1.43. Anette then said her register would be .22 cent short. She was not at all apologetic that the store did not have change. A customer finally offered to give me .22 cents. Anette finally gave me a quarter, and I made sure to go back by the store and leave her .40 cents because obviously she needed the extra.Ive been a LB customer for years, but this TURNED ME COMPLETELY OFF.?

I like the clothes but I need the workers to regroup and maybe have some extra customer service training. I just left the store to pick up an order and while I know they have to pitch the sales and the credit card, the short white lady with red hair aggressively pitched her credit card promo and after I politely said no for the fifth time, she asked me was I worried about not being approved... Ma'am. Lady. Excuse me? I had my daughter with me so I didn't show out like I wanted to because I'm trying to be a good role model for her but I thought that was really rude. I do not understand why she felt I needed to explain myself to her any further than no. I'm not worried about anything except unnecessary spending... I don't want their credit card. Period. She will be the reason I just go ahead and switch to Torrid. Silly rabbit.
