KESHA STOLE MONEY AND ITEMS FROM ME....I WENT IN TO ADD A TABLET AND OTHER ITEMS AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT...SO THIS KESHA GIRL TOLD US TO COME BACK AND SHE'LL HVE IT...CAME BACK 1ST TIME...SAID IT WAS IN HER CAR ...WENT N CHECKED THEN SAID ITS AT HER HOUSE...GAVE HER MY NUMBER AND SHE SAID SHE'LL MEET ME AFTER WORK....SHE TEXTED AND SAID SHE WAS OFF N I DIDN'T HEAR FROM HER ANYMORE....CALLED THE STORE N WAS TOLD TO COME TODAY AFTER 2 AND SAID ILL GET MY STUFF I BOUGHT....CAME UP THERE N KESHA WAS THERE ALONE SAYING AGAIN THAT ITS AT HOME AND HER BOYFRIEND HAS THE CAR...I ASKED HER TO CALL THE BOYFRIEND N ILL WAIT...SHE GOT MAD AND STARTED THREATENING ME AND THE POLICE WERE CALLED....SAID SHE SOLD MY STUFF SO NOW I GOTTA COME TO THE STORE WHITHOUT HER BEING THERE TO TALK TO SOMEONE SO SHE WANT SAY IM HARRASSING HER...SAID HER MANAGEMENT TEAM TOLD HER NOT TO GIVE NO REFUNDS...SO U JUST TOOK MY MONEY AND MY ITEMS...ILL NEVER GO BACK THERE BUT IM NOT STOPPING TIL I GET WHATS OWED TO ME... MY MONEY OR MY ITEMS!!! KESHA U HVE NO RIGHT TO DO PEOPLE THAT WAY...AND THINK YOUR GETTING AWAY WITH STEALING PEOPLE MONEY/ITEMS...NOW IM GOING TO SEEK LEGAL SUPPORT!!!

New manager sucks! He dont know the policy, changes your plans, and will lock you out of your account. Oh, and won't give you a receipt with your purchase. He won't do returns either to make his store sales look good.
DOUBLE CHECK YOUR MONTHLY PAYMENTS!!!

Yesterday I purchased two tablets from a very knowledgeable and polite representative named Q. She went above what the normal sales reps demonstrates. Not simply out just to get a sale but she made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I am happy to see that there are still people who give exceptional customer service.

The worst experience of my life, I bought a Samsung phone and the store warranty is for 30 days, I went to report the failure that my phone had on the third day and the store manager, Tony, did not want to change it.
To sell he showed the greatest collaboration and kindness, however when asking for his help for the problem he had no qualms about getting angry and not helping.
I contacted the call center executive and they only generated a report, however I had to keep my damaged phone.
I do not recommend them, they must educate their staff to be diligent, empathetic and respectful of staff.

The women was rude asf calling my son big and a fat a** all because she couldn't fix our phone while we told her our phone was off while she is all on the phone talking to people on speaker like she is at the house i do not recommend you go to this metro she is rude asf

Marlo was great !! He was very funny, and dead on helping me with the phone I needed, after breaking my old one. I plan on sticking with Metro!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
