I had my dryer repaired last Thursday. First their price to repair was ridiculous. they replaced the heating element. the repairman was here 30-45 minutes. gave me the price, I almost had a heart attack $451.95. I said go ahead. When he finished I gave him my check and he said that he would ema the receipt. I was anxious to see how he came up with this price. When I received the receipt it was just a total. no itemized total. I have emailed and called their office. I was told by the dispatch person that they don't give itemized receipts. I asked to speak to a manager. he was conveniently on the phone. REALLY; get your car repaired you get an itemized receipt, go to doctor itemized receipt, go to restaurant you get an itemized receipt. What are they hiding? They can't justify their charges. I think a lawyer or maybe a local tv station would be interested in their business practices.

Mr Appliance took my money and didn't do the repair they agreed to. They will charge a diagnostic when they come to your place, but not fix anything they agree to and keep your diagnostic fee, which is supposed to be included in repairs they don't do.

I scheduled service technician Wesley to come and check out my stove. I explained to him that I have a connection cord or wire that is faulty and that is all that needs to be fixed on the stove. When that wire is changed out the stove will work again. I went further to tell him that the elements on the stove do work but are not communicating due to the wire. I am not a professional stove tech but I did what most of us do and try to self diagnose the problem. I think I did pretty good I just couldn't find that one part that is needed. Wesley continues to ask the same question "If the stove is working why aren't you using it." I try to explain it in a different way and tell him to open it up and I can show him the problem that I've found. He didn't understand what I was saying. After talking to a wall for what seemed forever I politely payed that crazy fee for him showing up and asked him to leave my house. I called the business to complain and they didn't seem to care much about what I said. I have to say I did use them on a different appliance and they sent out Hunter who was very professional and understood what I was telling him. Hunter unfortunately for me is the refrigerator tech. But I will stay away from this business from now on because they are not consistent. Discretion is highly advised when using this business. The picture below is Wesley.

Perfect experience! I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment time, the technician Ben Watson explained what was wrong thoroughly, and was very professional throughout. No hustle like leaving for hours to get a part or changing the price! HIGHLY recommend.

I appreciate the dependability of Mr Appliance Company. They send out those who are competent and courteous . They have for years repaired most every appliance in my house without disappointment . It’s nice to know who I can call for that kind of service.

This is not really a local company. You'll be dealing with what is clearly a non-local call center. They can't tell you anything until you tell them absolutely everything about you, including address, phone number, and email address. They have no idea what the schedule is for whomever they're scheduling you with. I doubt they even know. What they will tell you is some unknown entity will contact you by email to actually schedule a real appointment. They will give you an estimated day for repair, which is completely arbitrary as they have no idea about the schedule of whomever will be doing the repair. All they can tell you is that it will cost you $130 for the privilege of dealing with this non-local bureaucracy. In the time that I've been waiting for that email, I found an actual local repairman who answered his phone, showed up within hours, fixed the problem, and charged me $85 for the whole thing.

Needed service on my gas stove burner. The call for service was answered by a professional, very nice young lady. Service date was set & the gentleman that arrived to perform service was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable & fast. (Spencer).
Will definitely call them again when in need of appliance repairs.

From initial call to scheduling appointment for repair of Jenn Air cooktop all went great. Courteous informative scheduling representative. Repair/ tech kept us informed of arrival details. Arrived on time even covered his shoes to protect floor. Repair tech was super courteous & professional. Assessed the cooktop, provided cost & made the repair. Thank You
