I've been coming to this location for years and always had the best service! The pizza quality from here has been amazing. I recommend giving this location at try and if unsatisfied let them know so they correct the issue.

I am very satisfied with the service I received at this location. I ordered online for carry out and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there just at about 15 minutes after ordering and my order was ready to go! The lady at the front was super nice. The food was very good. Will order from here again.

Hello. I am reaching out to bring attention to a specific practice observed at your Pizza Hut location at 2919 Elmore Park Rd Ste 1, Bartlett, TN 38134.It has come to my notice that a particular worker consistently instructs only certain delivery drivers, particularly those associated with Uber Eats or DoorDash, to confirm their deliveries before handing over their orders. While I understand the importance of measures to prevent theft, it appears that this practice is applied selectively, targeting specific individuals rather than being consistently enforced to everyone!I believe it is essential for all delivery drivers, regardless of the platform they use, to be treated equally and given the same instructions regarding delivery confirmation. Singling out specific drivers based on assumptions may create an uncomfortable and unfair work environment.I kindly request that you address this matter with the staff to ensure that the delivery confirmation policy is applied consistently to all drivers. This will not only promote a fair working environment but also contribute to the overall efficiency of the delivery process.Thank you for your attention to this concern. I trust that, with your intervention, we can ensure a more equitable and positive experiences going forward!

I'm pleased someone mentioned that this location likes to demand some drivers who they suspect of stealing confirm the delivery, but then let others leave without verifying. It's one tall African American guy with a light voice that does this a lot to certain Ubereats and Doordash drivers! The process of verifying is not wrong, but how they go about it is. REMEMBER TO RESPECT EVERYONE!

I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage with extra sausage didn't receive any extra sausage the pizza wasn't covered with toppings, this happens every time I order pizza from pizza hut it's like they try to cut back on ingredients , this is a on going issue with pizza hut no matter witch location you use it's sad and part's of the bread wasn't cooked all the way. I should have took pictures but was dealing with children that's why the pizza was purchased ? really don't think I will be wasting $ 23 again on pizza hut

It used to be so much better. The breadsticks were good and the food was ready when it was supposed to be ready. The pizza, however, was not good. The pan crust was flavorless and fairly thin for pan. The cheese and toppings were sparse. Little Caesars just makes a better pizza now, which is really sad.

I ordered online 10-1-2023. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. The hours of operation on the website state they are open at 10:00am everyday. It's now 11:30am and they are not open. My order has been in for over an hour. No one is in the store. The door is locked. If the store was not open the website should not have allowed my order to process. I would like a refund.
