I wouldn’t take a go cart to these guys. They installed the wrong tires on my car that wore out within a few months and then refused to make it right. Mike offered me about 64 dollars on a thousand dollars worth of tires. While I was there trying to get it resolved there was another customer complaining about the EXACT SAME THING! horrible business. They then had the nerve to ask me to leave them a review. Well…here ya go!

Went to the tire place they helped me and gave me the best solution at the time instead of having to buy a new tire on the spot. Extremely grateful for men and women that work there and the knowledge they told me about my car.

If I could give 0 stars I would… tried to scam us for 5,000$ completely dishonest sales team preying on fear.long story short we came in bc our truck felt unstable when making turns, and the steering wheel was kicking back/fighting us on turns. We are from FL traveling our RV and brought it in thinking it was just a tire rod. Mike at the front was super unfriendly, when they finally got the truck on the lift they quoted us 5K for a new front end (tire rods, trac bars, ball joints etc) for parts labor. I was SHOCKED How is anybody supposed to come up with 5 grand for that? It didn’t feel like my truck was about to fall apart. As we were leaving he commented “it’s scary to drive that thing, can’t believe you’re not getting the work done”WELL we brought it to another mechanic who fixed 1 singular tire road and the power steering pump and the issue is completely fixed for left than 800$….They knew we were from out of town and in a bind they were looking to make a commission. Unbelievable, I have half a mind to call BBB and whoever else I can to get them investigated.

The staff at Raleigh Tire is always friendly and helpful. They let you know what the service will cost and exactly what they will be doing to correct the issue. I have only had good experiences with them and I trust them completely. It's the only place I will take my car for regular maintenance or major problems.
