Great Experience!!!! Salesperson was very patient with me as a asked numerous questions and took numerous test drives. Finally, I decided to pull the trigger and ordered my very first and brand new BMW. They made the process very transparent and easy. Just took delivery which also was effortless and easy. Thank You Roadshow for a delightful experience and wonderful vehicle.

I recently just purchased a new vehicle at Roadshow BMW, and to say the process and people there are worth a five star review is an understatement! Wes Montague was the salesman who took care of us and from the very beginning, he helped us with everything we needed and truly made buying a car such an easy going, enjoyable experience. From discussing things virtually, to doing everything he could to keep us satisfied throughout the process- he made buying my first car the best experience ever! Michael Reynolds was our Client Advisor & we appreciate his product knowledge, friendly & thorough explanation of the X3 features as well as working diligently to assist us in reaching the final terms of the sales agreement; additionally Barron Harwood, Finance Manager, was thorough in reviewing our sales agreement by being courteous & helpful when answering our questions; finally, we were glad to work with Gerardo Perez, BMW Genius, who helped us understand the vehicle's features & their functionality and how to set-up or modify them to individualize for our use.Overall, we experienced a positive sales & purchase process because of the knowledge, courteous & friendly attitude of the staff members who assisted us. They appeared to be well trained & focused on making the sales & purchase process easy & as frictionless as possible.

Took my car to bmw roadshow because after driving my car, I would see 2 puddles of liquid on the floor from the bottom of the car.I paid for them to diagnose it as I suspected a coolant leak as it wasn’t thick or oily enough to be an oil leak.They came back saying there’s no coolant leak as it passed the pressure test. They confirmed they saw the liquid and that it was just condensation from running the AC during the heat.I still didn’t feel right about the liquid appearing in 2 locations.I decided to inspect it myself. I dropped the shield that’s underneath the coolant reservoir (car was cool, didn’t run beforehand)Placed a cardboard underneath.Came back 10 minutes later and saw 2 drops on the cardboard.Looked RIGHT in the direction where the drops would appear to find a coolant drain plug with liquid on it. (No drip lines from above). Noticed the plug wasn’t fully secured as I could see liquid coming from the sides of the plug and the tab on the plug not resting on the tab of the reservoir (highlight in white in the photo, basically I had another turn to go before both tabs touched confirming a proper secure).Makes sense why it passed the pressure test cause it’s a slow leak but did the technicians really not think to look to make sure a drain plug was fully secured?That simple overlook really gave me 0 confidence in their ability to accurately diagnose a problem. I figured it out in 20 minutes of work (10 to get my tools and to get under the car, and 10 to wait around) while they had extra time and fancier equipment.After tightening the drain plug and driving around that solved one of the puddles.I will say that although they aren’t as technical as they should be, I did enjoy the customer service and the transparency they provide by giving you video footage of the multipoint inspection. The misdiagnosis is a bit of a concern tho.

We've had both positive and negative experiences at this dealership. However, the most recent experience sealed the deal for me. I went with my son to look at an 8 series he's wanting to trade in his Audi Q8 for. He made sure to clean the car up real nice in case he decided to buy that day. I thought we looked like serious car buyers that day so I was very confused and disappointed by the lack of initiative in customer service.We spent a good full 10 mins examining the outside of the car. It was dirty and scuffed up pretty bad on the outside, despite a nearly $70k sticker price. What greed! The next 10 mins were spent walking around the lot to check out what few other BMWs they had. Not a single person walked out to greet us the entire time. There were no other people parked in the customer parking right in front either, which tells me the salesman certainly weren't busy. Seems to me like no one wanted to sell us a car!You should NEVER have to chase a salesman. That's not how these things work in this world.There was also some kid making loops around the parking lot in a loud little Hyundai for sale, almost like he was scoping out the place or trying to show off that joke of a car. Who knows? I just didn't get a good feeling from being on that lot and God has shown me time and time again to listen to my gut. Not the type of place I want to be sending my family to for servicing and I am proud of my son for walking away.

Roadshow BMW is a great place to buy a car. The entire staff was helpful, attentive and personable. We looked at a lot of different brands of EVs before settling on the BMW iX. The Roadshow BMW dealership was certainly part of the reason we decided to purchase the iX; besides the iX being such a great car! We highly recommend Roadshow BMW.

I purchased a 2021 BMW 330i. The sales staff was very flexible, understanding and very trusting and accommodating. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere but also the driving passion that the staff had. They made purchasing and being welcomed into the BMW family a very personal and friendly experience. I want to thank the staff at roadshow BMW for a truly memorable and unique experience.

Tommy was my sales guy, and demonstrated great customer service throughout the process of ordering my vehicle. He is personable, responsive, and easy to talk to. He kept me updated in conjunction w/ updating myself w/ the my bmw app, and even sent pictures to me on the arrival date. He ensured that I was satisfied w/ my vehicle when I took delivery. And even kept me calm during the rollercoaster ride of waiting for delivery. Thanks again Tommy.
