I needed assistance with paint, colors, and a consultant to plan for upgrades to my house. I was assisted by Mr. Taylor who greeted me and was both pleasant and knowledgeable of products as well as services offered. It was refreshing to be welcomed to the store and shown appreciation as a customer. I will be purchasing paint from this store for my properties partially due to the employee’s great customer service.

My wife went into Sherwin-Williams to try and match some paint we purchased 4 (!?) years ago. They were very friendly and helpful.We had trouble (because, it was 4 years ago!) with one of our colors matching and they were kind enough to tint the paint a little lighter, which made it match perfectly! We were blown away.It doesn't take much to impress me. Pretty much, just be kind and I'll be loyal. It takes this kind of service, though, to have me take the time to write a review.I don't have to shop for paint often, but when I do you can believe my wife and I will be back to Sherwin-Williams.
